“Orders are always delayed, speedy delivery promise is a farce, I stay in a metro city and in prime location, so it is not due to remote or rural location. Customer care for which I have heard so many good reviews is not any better than any other company”

“As an ardent fan of Amazon!!! I am shocked with this!!! The Earpods were ordered from Amazon. Amazon parcel was already partially opened, I ignored the same thinking maybe it was opened to check by officials due to the lithium battery warning, but then I open the package and the boult box is bent and frayed, on opening the box, the entire Earpods holder and pods were unhygienic, scratched, damaged , they had ear wax on it, like its already used, which is disgusting to another level, I dint even want to touch it and try to see if it's working any further, in times like this with Covid19 when hygiene levels have to be at its best this is what I receive, it's just horridly disappointing. I have ordered the same Earpods in black one month back from Amazon there was no issues and they were superb, but what happened now. I have already initiated for a return with Amazon. But this is horrible, It has surely left a bad image and I am compelled to look for another option just because of this incident. When I tried to reach out to them via a review and complain, they blocked my account from writing reviews and don't revert go my calls or chat support saying we'll get back to you!!! What happened Amazon ????????”

“I actually dislike the dishonesty of Amazon, i was charged twice for a product, cash was collected as well as the same amount was charged in my debit card. After several back and forth with their customer service first i was assured the money will be refunded then after 10 days i was told they never got the money from the bank despite me showing them proof of the charge from the bank. They are ruining the reputation of a good outstanding American company with their dishonesty and poor customer service in India. I will post this on all social media. I have ordered a lot from them and this is how they treat their customers. Shame in them. I can share my order number upon request”

“When we brows the product they will show delivery in next 2-3 business day for desired location, once order is placed delivery delayed to 5-6 business day. When you try to cancel such order, they will say accept the order and then initiate return”

“I purchased wonderchef blender and on delivery i didt liked the quality of the product so i wanted to return on insisting the return i came to know that theh dont have return policy which is very bad for consumer, i mailed them talked to their customer service but they didn't agree to take it back so i will try not to buy again from amazon because i feel like i am cheated”

“Am Amazon customer since past 5 odd years. Great shopping and service experience. BUT something has gone wrong with Amazon service over the past year or so. Cash upload not done, returns refund not done, non-responsive customer care, etc., etc. Bottom line ..... no longer confident shopping with Amazon.”

“I, Dr. Anil had purchased Bitdefender Total Security for 3 devices, 3 years. It was mentioned in the description that there will be VPN Service (free 200 MB per day).But there is no free VPN 200 MB per day. It's a total lie, either from amazon or Bitdefender. Because Bitdefender are shielding them that's it's a total lie from amazon. And amazon India doesn't accepts their FRAUD, CHEATING and LYING and plus they will never ever post or likes any NEGATIVE feedback or comments of them and their sellers.”

“Amazon delivery I ordered last 2 times to trichur was return arbitrarily by the amazon delivery team even without contacting me or any intimation and when complaint against them were raised with amazon team no action was taken. The flipkart delivered for the same address and their delivery protocol is also good.Hope amazon india takes action on its delivery team to improve its service”
