Bakwas service. misbehaving karna inka kaam ban gaya hai. Currier boy bhi aaj kal customer ko bol rahe hai lena hai to lo warna jo karna hai karo. Third class company. Third class staff.

If you order in Amazon then one or two orders will be ok in the starting. Later these people start cheating.

Worst service ever. Product returned and picked in june till date i have made 15 calls but the same answer but no refund. Cant trust it at all

I, Dr. Anil had purchased Bitdefender Total Security for 3 devices, 3 years. It was mentioned in the description that there will be VPN Service (free 200 MB per day).But there is no free VPN 200 MB per day. It's a total lie, either from amazon or Bitdefender. Because Bitdefender are shielding them that's it's a total lie from amazon. And amazon India doesn't accepts their FRAUD, CHEATING and LYING and plus they will never ever post or likes any NEGATIVE feedback or comments of them and their sellers.

Amazon delivery I ordered last 2 times to trichur was return arbitrarily by the amazon delivery team even without contacting me or any intimation and when complaint against them were raised with amazon team no action was taken. The flipkart delivered for the same address and their delivery protocol is also good.Hope amazon india takes action on its delivery team to improve its service

I live outside India and tried sending gifts and products to my parents Amazon india messed up big time on OTP. They went to the address and did not deliver as my dad did not have the OTP..Very bad service .The delivery person had 0 logic and sense of intelligence.

My all other experience with Amazon have been great and have never faced any issues whatsoever. This review is based on just one issue detailed below. REFUND PENDING SINCE 8th Oct 2019. This is reg order ID 408-0067737-9314770. Product received on 7th Oct 2019 is not at all up to the expectation, first information given to Amazon CC on 8th Oct 2019. Very hard to move mechanics seems to be of inferior quality. Since 8th Oct, 19 tickets were raised, File Claim was initiated, A to Z was initiated, have written to buyer-claims & resolution email IDs, have spoken MULTIPLE times with Amazon CC executives, BUT NOTHING and MY MONEY IS STUCK UP.

My friend is order Samsung phone m21s was on 1st of aug . Amazon delivery estimate in 10th of aug. But still he is not receive him product. We are track orders in amazon it is showing 3rd of aug. In mumbra after that no comments update in tracking orders , I think we are comaplin against this of consumer court And he trying to call customer service on amazon but there is no response from them. What kind of service ur providing to customers. Very cheap and 3rd class service.

I ordered a Lenovo tablet, order number 403-8684864-8545944 and a damaged product was delivered. Since then I am trying to return but they are avoiding and nobody coming to pick up an not returning my money. I sent pics of damaged screen also. I called them almost 10 times. Its already 3 weeks. My money got struck with them. Please don't order electronic item online on Amazon. Big headache.

Dear Team we had a very disappointing response from Mr. Prince customer care executive which he is telling my address is incomplete and he is not ready to point out what is that . its more than 40 minutes we waited and its the first time we are getting such a humiliation in our life . i strongly recommend you to take necessary action against this particular person and sort out our issue otherwise we will compel to write against you in all reviews

I had ordered a mobile under exchange program. Delivery guy cancelled ordered because there is a small scratch on old one. I said I will pay the balance amount please deliver the mobile & he refused citing policy & cancelled the order. When customer is ready to pay the balance amount what is the problem? This adds reordering work to customer & waiting for another 2 days. Amazon also has to go through a whole cycle of delivery rework again. In what way this policy helps either customer or Amazon??? Offlate Amazon policies have become dumb & non customer friendly. I also lost the Amazon sale credit card offer which is not available now if I reorder it. The is no more attractive to buy. Wondering how Amazon is framing such a dumb policy which neither helps customer nor Amazon!!!!

delieverd product was defective . And now i am slogging to get my refund . first time my product was not picked by the delievery boy and then they given me next date. In that day product was picked but a person from station in their supply chain called me on phone and said to talk to coustomer services fot writing some kind of note about the issue. and now i have became a football between them, calling one person to the other and still not got my refund of 33990 rupees.
