“My last two orders, placed on the same day, both came very much ahead of time - well done! One thing I would like to mention, however, is that quite often more packaging than necessary is used, which is quite harmful to the environment. All in all, Amazon is my go-to for online orders.”

“When I explained that I have ordered the wrong phone case, another was sent out free of charge I just had to pay for delivery which is expected, I love the phone case and delivery is always prompt”

“They ship fast and have a great range of products. The app is very good too, particularly the updates regarding shipping status. My only dissatisfaction? I'm a prime member and I don't like the two tier pricing model, by this I mean if something has prime delivery included it shouldn't be more expensive than an identical product you sell. We're already paying for prime membership!”
