“Bought a Steam Generator Iron, it failed a couple of weeks after it arrived. The product was collected from my home and a full refund followed a week or so later. It's annoying the product stopped working but the no quibble return and swift refund were great.”

“Good quality at very reasonable prices. Okay, sometimes you have to wait for delivery but it is always worth waiting for as many of their suppliers come from other parts of the world. Amazon are blazing the trail where other companies could follow if the truly want to be successful.”

“Have ordered lots of parcels for Christmas. All arrive in good condition, packaged together (if from Amazon and not private sellers) and they have excellent communication with the buyer (lots of emails to show progress of the order).”
