“I have used Amazon over many years. I find that the products arrive on time, they are well packaged, and when I needed to make a return, the whole process was fuss free. I always look to Amazon for my first place to shop, especially a Christmas. Also I feel their website offers significant security for online shopping”

“I have been a regular buyer from Amazon for years and continue to make dozens of purchases for a wide variety of products. Their website makes it easy to find items of interest and it's usually my first port of call when doing research for products. It's easy and quick to make purchases and delivery is usually 95% within the time they state. As I live outside the UK, the only downside is the import taxes and collection fees I have to pay upon receipt of the goods. On some purchases Amazon make it possible to pay the import fees when placing the order. That saves me a lot of money, becasue I then don't have to pay the excessive colletion fees the postal service and couriers charge in my country to collect the import taxes. I wish Amazon would make it possible to do that on all overseas delivery orders. Amazon not charging UK VAT on orders shipped to overseas delivery addresses would also encourage me to make more purchases from Amazon. Other websites can do it so why not Amazon. But that said, Amazon is one of my most trusted websites to buy from. I rate them 4 star, would give them 5 if they didn't charge UK VAT on overseas delivery addresses.”

“DPD didn’t deliver my order from Amazon. It was not Amazons fault but they refunded me anyway and said they would find out what had happened. I think Amazon Customer Service is “THE BEST” and that has beef my opinion for years and I order from them regularly.”
