“Very efficient and if there is a problem they do their best to fix it”

“Always so efficient. I purchased a product for my nephew for Christmas, from a supplier that went through amazon but when I received it, it was very cheap material and the print was awful. I contacted seller in regards to this and had t heard a reply, amazon checked with me to see if the seller had got back to me... cut the long story short amazon gave me a full refund back including P&P bills. Amazon certainly looks after their customers. I was so pleased how efficient they were as I honestly though I'd lost the money paid.. massive thumbs up to Amazon!!”

“I use Amazon a lot, I find them cheaper than anywhere else and the delivery is always brilliant. I've had a problem in the past when contacted customer service my issue was dealt with efficiently and quick.”

“What can you say ? Amazon is amazing...competitive prices, anything in the world that you want or need (practically !) mostly next day delivery especially if you have Prime, a terrific returns policy it just goes on and on. This is the site I use most of all because it is so reliable.”

“Amazon is easy to use and I can usually find what I am looking for at a good price. One problem I have is with the search feature, the number of items listed on a page is just too few. It would be much better if you could select the amount of items you wish to view on a page as well as well as also being able to select how items are shown on a page, either in gallery or in list format. The shipping, if fulfilled by Amazon is great! Orders seem to always be delivered before the estimated date. Shipping is not so great from the actual Sellers as most seem to be from China etc. Should you have a problem or need to return something they are pretty good about it, again, if the item was fulfilled by Amazon. If not sent from Amazon and instead from the Seller, not great at all. Most of the time the Sellers never reply or give a refund and you have to call Amazon Customer Service, which is difficult as the call centre is not in the UK and there is a language barrier. You then have to wait for the Seller to reply to Amazon's query and that takes a while. Only after Amazon has completed their investigation will you get a refund and that will be from Amazon and not from the actual Seller. Other than what I mentioned above I find Amazon somewhat easier to deal with than other well known websites and I would definitely recommend Amazon to anyone.”
