“The fan which I purchased was faulty. The owner requested pictures showing fault. On upon receiving pictures, he acknowledged the fault and offered replacement without asking to send the faulty product back to him. At each stage the communication was fast and they kept customer satisfaction above anything else.”

“Had an issue which was quickly resolved by the supplier but I have to tip my hat to Amazon for making such an easy platform to buy and find support on. Asking questions on a particular item that people have bought helps me understand if what I require of the item will work or not before I purchase it. If anyone is asking if Amazon Prime is worth it, I ask you this - If you buy either weekly or bi-weekly from Amazon and would rather get your items next day then I say get it because it's definitely worth the asking price of Prime membership, not to mention you get access to Amazon Prime Video.”

“I have been shopping with amazon for more years than I care to mention. It is easy to order, secure to pay and your goods normally arrive very quickly indeed. This time one of my items has failed to be delivered at all. Amazon excels with superb customer service, in this instance I’ve been reimbursed within the week! Thanks again!”

“Find myself buying alot from from Amazon later especially with christmas round the corner, so from Toys to Electricial items amazon have provided great service with fast delivery to a wide range of great offers, if i have encountered any problems with sellers Amazon have been quick to sort things out for me very happy with Amazon service”

“I used Amazon many times and always happy though these days there seems to be to many market place traders and the goods are sometime questionable. My friend brought a Sure microphone from a market place trader but it turned out to be a fraudulent copy.”
