“Amazon are a great company, however the Amazon Prime department needs a massive review. You can’t fault the delivery other than the packaging is sometimes a little over done but the sneaky way they lure you into being a Prime customer and charging you so is a a little underhand. I was a Prime customer and used it a lot for goods which arrived promptly however, I don’t need the film, music etc. Please Amazon make different grades for Prime customers for those who want to only buy goods with postage benefits.”
