“I've been shopping on Amazon for years, before that i usedto shop on Ebay which is a competitor, well the customer service from Amazon differentiates the company from any competitor they have, if you have a faulty product Amazon will do everything in there power to correct the problem, my product got delivered to a wrong address and the courier had no clue where it was, well Amazon with their brilliant Customer Service sent me the same product free of charge within only 2 days of the product being delivered to the wrong address.”
