“Purchased a pair of shoes online. Received tracking notification they had been delivered when i had not received them. Checked recent reviews for supplier to find similar experiences. Not expecting to receive the delivery i contacted Amazon for a refund. Email reply came straight back to say they would look into it for me. Withim twenty minutes they came back to say they would issue a full refund as i made the purchase through the Amazon website. Fantastic, quick and efficient service. Other retailers should take note.”
