“I used to buy so much through Amazon for pure ease of shopping however, I have now closed my account due to the lack of technical support and help I have received through issues with not being able to leave ‘reviews’. Having purchased so many items I have gone back and checked my reviews on some items which have now ‘disappeared’. I have spoken to staff and even called their technical line and they can’t work out why 5his happening and they have also told me they have never heard of this ‘issue’ before which, I might add is rubbish as I’ve been on forums and there are plenty of people around th3 world having the same problem!”

“It really annoys me how Amazon purchases always default to be Amazon Prime leaving you to hunt around for the small opt-out icon. It is very misleading and should NOT be allowed.”

“Can't fault Amazon in terms of customer experience and satisfaction. Occasionally deliveries go wrong, or incorrect information is given, or to purchased or not of a great quality, us stock is not available, but I am a regular user and the range and the prices are great, as well as the convenience. I tend to enjoy shopping on Amazon.”
