“Returns aren't free and they make things difficult. And the refunds take way to long.
The wide leg pants I would give a 7 out of 10.

“I bought 3 pairs of pants. One didn’t fit and I planned to return them. The second fit and is really well made. I’m happy with them. The third fit for the first 30 minutes I wore it to work. After that they were extremely stretched out and I looked dumpy all day long. I CANNOT RETURN THEM, since they were worn & laundered (even though I think it’s a design issue.) Because of that policy, I won’t be shopping here any longer. There are plenty of options for tall, professional women so I’ll move on the a store with a better return policy.”

“Ordered a suit jacket, dress shirt, and dress pants for my tall son, and all fit perfectly and are great quality. Honestly don't know what I'd do without American Tall! We have a tall, skinny son and normal clothing stores don't carry anything in his size.”
“I buy the shirts because they fit well, but I’ve frequently been disappointed with quality. After a few washes, little micro-sized holes begin to develop on the front of the shirt. I’ve also noticed that the fitted shirts lose their shape over time. I like the product, but I’d prefer to see better quality for the price.”
