They are scam. I placed an order from May 27, 2030...i only got 2 dresses.. The 3 other dresses I didnt get. I tried to contact them through mail and calling. Nothing has changed... I dnt recommend anyone to order from her. Liar and thief.

They are SCAM. I placed my order in May and have not received anything yet. Initially they responded to my inquiry and provided lame excuses. Now they dont even respond and have my money. They never answer phone calls at any time of the day. THEY ARE SCAM

Zero star for them. After month of waiting for my product and tons of communication to their customer service. I decided to cancel and get a refund which again another waiting game from them. Lucky I purchased those item via paypal and reported the case. Got my refund within 1 month. Hightly not recommended to do any business or purchase anything from them. I would like to request if the sosial media platform can block them from posting and advertising their product. So that future customers will not suffer from their scammed.

Same as everyone else. I placed an order 6 months ago and it hasn’t been shipped or refunded. I contacted them vi email, social media multiple times with no response. I say we all sue them to get out money back. I will be reporting them to my bank

Put an order in April 30th 2020 its December 29th 2020 and still have not received my order. They haven't even attempted to ship it yet and sent an email two months ago novemeber 2020 after 7months that they still need time to make my order...... its now December and still nothing. Money wasted dont order from them.

This is the one and only time I will order from them. I usually read reviews before buying anything but this is a Muslim business I trusted them what a huge mistake. Please please read their reviews! I placed two order back to back and paid over $600 and it is almost two months no word on my purchases. I reached out to their customer service after a month I was told no rush shipping will be processed after a month but nothing! I asked a refund and guess what? No response! How do you think a company like this will continue to be in business long term with reviews which are one stars??

I am so disappointed by the customer service. I ordered in September 2020 and paid for expedited shipping for over $300 USD worth of dresses for my engagement party. I was excited to support a Muslim business.They completely missed the date they were meant to deliver the items so I canceled my order in October 2020 before it shipped and asked for a refund. I am still waiting 3 months later to recieve it. I feel cheated and I am sad that muslim businesses have such a low standard of customer service. When I reach out to customer service for help, I barely get any replies and no one ever answers their phones. A message to the company: please not blame your inability to deliver on COVID and instead STOP overpromising to your customers and serve the ones you have before trying to make more money. I definitely will not be trying to purchase again and would advise anyone else not to as well.

Dear Annah Hariri Team, Placing order to Annah Hariri is the worst experience of my life. Ordered 04 dresses through two orders on 10.10.2020 and still waiting the items to receive. Every follow up email responded in the same way. No firm commitment, no order details. Two telephone numbers mentioned on internet. One is not connecting and other, no one is picking. Extremely poor and disappointing customer service. Recommended all to avoid them as ordered dresses will never going to receive. Zero star service....

I ordered from this company in July and still haven't received anything. At first I was told there were some problems with their factory due to Covid, and for that reason I was willing to be patient. However, they stopped responding to my emails and I recently learned that there is a Facebook group with hundreds of their customers who are in the same situation as me. I find it immoral that with a backlog of hundreds of orders, the company still continues to advertise new designs. I'm also disgusted with Annah Hariri - she should release a statement and explain herself, not continue to post reels on Instagram! It makes her look fame hungry and completely immoral - and shows a complete disregard for her own customers. If she had at the very least, made a statement explaining the situation, people would most likely have given her and the company the benefit of the doubt. Instead she has chosen to prevent people commenting on her posts which is absolutely cowardly.

I ordered 8 dresses in July 2020 , recieved only one , it’s end of December 2020 , still no sign of remaining dresses , no ones answers emails , no one picks up calls or answers messages , please don’t waste your money they are fraud .

Invoice #US60562 I ordered 4 pieces on April 19, 2020. 3 months later I received a skirt. And ever since I have been waiting for the 3 remaining dresses. 8 months. There were few exchanges of messages and emails. Made promises never fulfilled. I’m still waiting. I think we should get social media platforms to ban them from advertising to then only scam their costumers.

I ordered from them on May 2020 3 dresses I got one after 3 months It was amazing Now still waiting for the remaining 2 but nothing I've emailed them, once they replied that my order is top priority and again nothing happened I've emailed them several times but no reply at all !!! They keep making COVID as an excuse while other companies are working without such long delay It's so shameful to have such bad representation of modest fashion!!!

I just got my refund !!!! They are just so badly managed company. Not ready to take a step to sell globally but they did act like can which is a shame. Tips from me for any unhappy customers: contact your bank and submit your disputes. as long as you haven't received they will return your money.

Same story. I ordered 3 dresses in April 2020, they sent me one dress, and it looked like a graduation gown instead of a pretty dress when I tried it on. I can’t wear that in public. Lots of emails, excuses about Covid on their side, 7 months later they stopped responding to my emails this month. I was always nice in my emails. The phone numbers don’t work. I ordered a dress 2 years ago without a problem and it was nice. I’m out $100 apparently, I will report it as fraud to my credit card and see if I can get my money back. Don’t order a dress from here, it won’t arrive in time for when you need to wear it, and they might just take your money and send nothing.

I placed an order for 5 dresses 2nd July 2020. I have not received my order. I have emailed and called several time but no replies. I recently posted on their facebook page that i have not received my order. Company had blocked me from commenting on their post.

Very bad experience ordered 8 months ago and still nothing ask for a refund was told will be processed but two months later still nothing . She advertises new stock yet can’t even provid to waiting customer yet holds on to their money and when questioned about it all she acts like a victim playing the emotional black mailing game shame on her.
