“Didn’t ship the Oder after months. No response to numerous email requests. No way to cancel the order. Phone numbers don’t work. Total scam. Still out over $250”

“They don't deserve even 1 star!! Don't fall into their trap. Don't fall into their scam. To all victims out there please submit your report to econsumer.gov . Please google this link since I can't put the url here. All displays on their web are fake. Fake Sale! Fake Countdown! They are having sale all time through out the year to find new victims. I've made an order on September 2020 and I don't receive my order up till today. Numerous emails were sent and they were giving me fake promises. Last month they promised me to ship my order on the 1st week of December but again another fake promise. Beware! they are creating fake positive reviews on trustpilot. I don't believe any positive reviews here. Seem like too good to be true. To annah hariri, where is my order US92884?”

“If I could put a minus rating on this I would. I never complain or leave bad reviews,however this is by far the worst brand I have ever come into contact with. I ordered by items July 31st, two days later I requested that my order be cancelled and money refunded. I was being patient due to the pandemic. However it appears this company use this as an excuse. Numerous emails I sent were completely ignored. I came across their chat feature (which has now been removed) and this was the only time I managed to get though to someone. They tried to claim I didn’t send any request and I provided them with receipts ofcourse. After this I was reassured my the employee Meryemicen that I would receive my refund in 10-14 days. This was a complete lie as one month later I still didn’t receive anything. More follow up emails were sent and ignored. The last response provided was a promise that I would receive my refund and that there was a “global banking delay” and a confirmation that my cancellation request has been received. 6 months later, still no follow up email, no refund and instead I receive a confirmation that my order has been dispatched. I was absolutely furious, this is exactly what I was trying to avoid. What makes matters worse is the items are too large. Now I’m in a position where to avoid dealing with this horrendous company any longer, I’m not even going to return it as I have lost complete faith in every receiving my money. It appears reading all the reviews that this company takes on more orders than they can handle, have a deceitful customer service team and basically hold your money hostage. I will avoid this brand completely, I have told everyone I know to avoid them also and want to make sure others don’t have to go through this ridiculous ordeal. It is no way to run a business and as far as I am concerned they need to be reported to the Turkish Trading Standards!!”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM ** If you suspect you have been scammed by this fraudulent company contact your credit card company immediately. There are time limits to get your money back** I received only 3 dresses out of 20 dresses I ordered. They use Covid as a fake excuse. They give fake tracking numbers for shipping to make the customer think that the dresses are on their way. They send only one dress to clear an order in their system. They changed credit card processing companies. They changed their website. They stop answering emails. They do not answer their phone. Report them everywhere!”

“BEWARE OF ANNAH HARIRI THIEF I placed two orders one on June 27, and July 7 2020 and have yet to receive them. I was told it would arrive by end of November 2020 after months of lies from the customer service department and now it is December and no order! They are holding my order, and have fraudulent business practices! I am going to report them till they give me a full refund. Don’t purchase from her company YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS. They blame it on COVID-19 but it's no excuse after 6 months of waiting! Annah Hariri needs to be shutdown she is stealing money from customers and not delivering their orders.”

“I placed an order in May 2020, it is now December 2020 and I have only received one item of my order, which was dispatched around August! I have contacted then many times and all they keep telling me is that there are delays and it will be shipped soon! WELL THAT'S A LIE! Don't understand how they are accepting more and more orders every day when they haven't fulfilled orders from 7months ago! If you actually want receive and wear clothes you order, then do not order from this place!”

“I wish i had read these reviews before making order. I too spent around $150 on multiple items with their sale. I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for shipping updates, and have finally now asked tor a refund. Annah Hariri is a SCAMMER. what a disgusting brand.”

“It is a scam!! I am having an extremely bad experience with this unprofessional company. I placed my order on the 24th of July and until now I haven't received it!! More than 4 months and still counting. They first kept giving me empty promises that the order will arrive in a few days, but then they stopped responding to my emails! Don't waste your money. Don't buy from them.”

“I’m facing very bad experience with Annah Hariri. The item already been paid and I have the bill purchase with them. Until now I did not receive the item for two month now. When I’m sending them email regarding the update only first email been reply and the rest of email update no reply. I call them with the number they give at website nobody answered. Then I’m sending message for cancellation through mail and message but no reply. This is devastating and dissatisfaction with the whole thing hassle myself. Now IM SEEKING FOR MY REFUND ANNAH HARIRI! I don’t care about your product. My order number US94362”

“They are the biggest SCAMMERS. Placed an order end of June 2020. After much delay, one out of five ordered dresses was delivered. They have no shame calling themselves Muslims, while lying to customers, stealing their money and not delivering. Then they do these emotional blackmail videos of how they support 300 employees who are in need of employment. I call BS on all that. Such businesses should not exist and I hope they go out of business soon. Sad part is they continue to advertise while they have not delivered products for multiple customers. If you can't deliver on already promised orders, why would you take more orders unless you do not intend to fulfill those orders?”

“Two orders one in June (US78981) and one in August (US87502) and I still have absolutely no idea where they are. My money is gone but the Annahariri team are unable to even reply to give an update. They use Covid and clean business as excuses. They have blocked me I believe as for hundreds of others. There sales advert are on everyday and the most shameful thing is that they market new products when the people who ordered and paid are not serviced. Please do not fall in their trap. They are not genuine!”

“I ordered back in March and they have yet to finalize my order?? I can’t believe how much the company is expanding and how frequently they ask for our opinion on social media about new designs, however they have yet to satisfy soooo many customers by fulfilling super old orders?! I can’t believe how terrible the service has been! I’ve literally never experienced anything like this before. Y’all, it’s been 8 months and I’m still waiting on them to fix my order and to finalize it...such a shame! COVID or not, you should be at the very least replying back to customers with updates and you should be finalizing orders before creating new merchandise and taking orders you can’t fulfill...I can’t believe the greed.”

“I ORDERED MY DRESS 20 DAYS AGO!! my tracking information says that my dress has not been picked up from Turkey. What is going on Annah Hariri? The prices on the site have been reduced to dirt cheap for some very odd reason. Something fishy is going on guys, steer clear from this website.”

“The company is a scam periodt!!! I ordered 7dresses in April, they sent me one 4months later. I have been waiting to date! I asked for refund they didn't get back to me. I contacted my bank but they couldn't help me cause it had passed their 120days policy!! Then ANNAH freaking hariri and her team had the audacity to send me and email after that saying that now they can't really really refund me and I should contact my bank!! Am like wth!!! The worst company ever!! Thunder will fire you!!!”
