“I had to deal with them twice because my pram broke twice which is annoying specially when you have twins but they made the process very pleasant, very professional and they always got back to me very quickly. The spare parts arrived in no time.”

I can see from our records that your order was shipped within 4 hours of placing your order, so it's clear the delay was with the delivery company, which unfortunately is outside our control. “Bought a program online earlier in the year. Started using the seat recently with my 5 month old. The harness is awful - it may adhere to Australian standards but it is such poor design from a quality and usability perspective for a product at such a high price point. The resolution was to watch a video of how to use it - I know how to use it. That’s not the issue. The re-design of the harness in the 2022 priam seat clearly highlights how flawed the earlier version was. Would not have bought it if I knew it was going to be so bad. I would have expected a replacement or at least discounted option. Will be telling everyone I know these prams are the worth it.”

Hello Rohani, Thanks for your feedback. As you've alluded to you, the buckle design has been improved in the latest 2022 version Cybex Priam. Whilst there are hundreds of Priam owners out there using the previous buckle design without an issue (it usually just takes a little getting used to) we do appreciate that it could be more convenient.
