“Something unique just happened. I ordered a wooden rocking horse from Antique Farmhouse. The horse was 40" high and when it arrived its ears had been compromised. I was so disappointed and wrote an email immediately to customer service. Here is the unique part...I heard back from Jen within 24 hours. “I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Antique Farmhouse when a local home décor store was out of an item I desperately wanted. I debated fighting the lady at the counter with it. They typically carry one, maybe two, of their unique items which is extremely frustrating. I googled the item, and the Antique Farmhouse came up. I’ve been addicted to their site ever since. The items they carry match my style perfectly and are reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?! How about good customer service? They have that as well! After contacting Antique Farmhouse they quickly responded and while we were waiting for the search, the owner of the home it was delivered to brought it to our house. However, it had been broken - this all transpired over the weekend. After contacting Kim again at customer service she quickly resolved the issue to both of our satisfaction.
