Recently, and for the first time ever, I received the wrong item in my order. I emailed them and advised them of my order number and item and what I was sent instead.
A member of their staff (Lori,) responded quickly and explained what had gone wrong. She then worked quickly to remedy the issue. She got the correct item re-ordered, provided me with all the necessary information to track it etc…
