“I bought a ‘beige’ parasol which is actually lemon in colour and does not match my outdoor sofas which are beige. Customer service refuse to acknowledge this. I have asked to exchange for a different colour but this company says I have to pay for postage. As it’s a very bulky item this will cost me a fortune. I would avoid this company.”
“Absolutely AWFUL! Ordered a swing for my daughter's birthday. Was told it would it be delivered on time then then said Yodel lost it so reordered it AGAIN & still waiting 17 days LATER! I've cancelled my order as they keep promising its on its way. So disappointed & frustrated!”
