“I ordered a pool from Aosom UK, order #90500232952, worth £381.99. When the item arrived, the packaging was visibly opened and the product was scratched and damaged. I contacted Aosom immediately requesting a full refund, as is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Instead, Aosom offered only £50 compensation and refused to issue a full refund, even though the item was clearly not “as described” and arrived defective. This is unacceptable customer service and a clear breach of UK consumer protection law. I am now forced to escalate the issue via Clearpay and Trading Standards. I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with Aosom. Customer service is poor, and they refuse to respect basic consumer rights.”

“Loved the chair - really comfortable and sturdy, but the seat is too low and not and lower than an average desk chair even on its highest setting, which is a real shame, rendering it unfit for purpose :(”

“Gazebo cover arrived in good time , matched the colour of our base perfectly. It was a little tight - I know it needs to be , but time will tell if it’s too tight and rips.( our previous roof lasted 5 years) I’m not sure the corners will survive the stretch for that long. Maybe the corners need reinforcing or slightly more stretchy material over them”

“Good price, fast delivery and a very useful item Bought to use as a workstation in my art studio (aka the shed) due to its storage options and flexibility on positioning. It was early simple to put together and has proved to be a good base to put my easel on and paint.”
