I have only just opened the parcel to check it out. I have found a "hole" in the front compartment where the zipper meets the pocket. At first, it was thought something was meant to go there but if it falls inside there is no way of getting the article out again.”
“No instructions came with the bow, how do I lessen the draw length?? How do I reduce the draw back strength??? How should I use the bow?? Didn’t even know there was a light on the scope until I knocked it and it turned on…..
No outer box for shipping meaning the box the actual bow comes in cops all the damage, thank fully only minor damage to the box which meant no damage to the inside contents
Box also looks a bit dated, not sure how old this model is though”
“Delivery was prompt, which is really the point.
Getting the delivery directly to your door, without having to go to the post office is awesome.
If apex had everything I wanted, I’d not shop anywhere else.”
“Good service and relatively quick delivery. Website unfortunately said “in stock” but the status was changed to “back order” on the tracking when I made the purchase. Not a big issue for me, still made it before Christmas luckily.”
“Shipping . I payed express and items were picked two to three days later and still have not arrived I will be chasing a full refund on express payment. Everything else has been fine I like the product.”

“You got my order wrong and then I had to take time out of work to go to the post office and post the wrong product back before you’d send me what I paid for. Not great service. Didn’t even chuck in something like a sticker to the order when you sent the right one.”
“Excellent cutting good flight easy to sharpen solid broadheads good on pigs and goats so far just disappointing that the pre fletched arrows had different degrees on the fletches some angled left others straight or to the right”
“I am a first time customer of Apex Hunting and thought there would be a little bit better communication and information supplied. I didn’t hear anything about the order I placed except the initial reply when you place the order. Two to three weeks later I got a call to let me know my order was in. I know nothing about bows, the right arrows you should be using or even how to put a string on. It was a bit like pulling teeth to get any information even after I said I am new to this and asked if I have the right arrows. A perfect opportunity lost for add on sales!”

Could include a sizing chart which would be great or perhaps a link to the manufacturers site for that.
Quite a long delay on my many previous orders which are still on back order which is disappointing as most of those items were listed as in stock.”
“To be honest a bit disappointed in the service. I ordered arrows nearly 4 months ago as a present for someone. They finally arrived this week wayyyy after the birthday date. I did not receive any information about delays or backorders at the time of ordering and had to email twice to follow up. This came on the back of some disappointment in making a phone inquiry and order of a bow and arrow set, only to receive an email a day later saying that same bow set was now on sale.”
