“Goods ordered were out of stock. After waiting for a few weeks I contacted them to find out when it would arrive. They suggested another product due to ongoing supply issues. Replacement product sent out within a couple days.”

“Hi, when the bow arrived the packaging was damaged… the box was broken ripped at the top … and matching the illustration on the front with the contents of the box … it appears parts of the bow are missing.
And … the assembly instructions are written as though I’m a professional bow hunter. I have no idea if I’ve done it right or wrong.. which for a 40 - 60 lbs bow concerns me. There’s no photos or illustrations to help the process along.
Is there a video or instructions in “layman’s” language that can help me work out if any bits are missing and if I’ve set it up correctly.

“Apex have been excellent with all my orders that I’ve placed fast delivery and friendly service. However I received my new bow a few weeks ago Hoyt RX5 but no soft case with my bow? My understanding is all redworks bows come with a soft case. Maybe one of the boys has a new case.”
“Communication regarding delays was poor unless an email was initiated by me and 9 times out of 10 the reply was simply delays between this day and this day or definitely by this day. But when phoned and actually spoke to the manager questions were answered and time frames were guaranteed”
“Unfortunately, the string wax was randomly placed within the box containing the 3D target. There was no packaging surrounding the wax in which to protect it for transportation. As a result, upon opening the box, the wax container was squashed and the lid missing (later found rolling around inside the box). Fortunately, I was able to salvage the string wax container and lid; however, appropriate packaging to prevent damage would have been appreciated. Otherwise, I received the item in a timely manner. Thank you.”
“I bought a Ragim Black Hawk. Nice bow. The Apex service was good as far as getting what I ordered but the service is just too slow. If I order a product from the US it’s here within 4-7 days. This bow took 2 weeks to arrive being shipped within Australia and that’s just too slow. I’ve just ordered a Bear Super Mag 48” and a few other products from Apex, and Hopefully this order arrives a little quicker.”
