A bit disappointed in the apex carbon blackout arrows,
the glue holding the fletches on the arrows is not very durable, some fletches have fallen off when simply just shooting the arrow, some have fallen off the first time the arrow hit the ground.
Definitely would not recommend this arrow,”
“It took 4 1/2 months to get to me. When I ordered, everything I chose was in stock. After I waited 6 weeks for delivery I was told another of the items wasn't in stock, so had to wait another 6 weeks. I only got updated when I emailed them asking what was going on after their time elapsed.
(to be fair there was a month of delay not of their fault).
Overall I'm disappointed with my shopping experience.”
“My new PSE supra focus shoot very good after a few hours tuning, good value comp bow for the money, a couple of things could be improved on, the cable guard rod was not tightened into its bracket and fell off in the box, I think the cable guard needs improvement, worst part of the bow, I had arrow clearance issues, I was told by Apex you would set the draw and check it before delivery, not so in this case, all round still happy, PSE should have put it on properly.”
“Ordered item 2 weeks ago and paid for express post. Item still hasn't arrived. Probably more a issue with Australia Post, Not Apex hunting. But, if I had known there would be such a delay, I would not have paid extra for express delivery”
“Like the products, but tried to call on 5 or 6 occasions( different days included) before I could finally make contact. I thought something was wrong with your phone. Might need more staff to answer phone or may mean lost business”
