“Communication regarding delays was poor unless an email was initiated by me and 9 times out of 10 the reply was simply delays between this day and this day or definitely by this day. But when phoned and actually spoke to the manager questions were answered and time frames were guaranteed”
“Unfortunately, the string wax was randomly placed within the box containing the 3D target. There was no packaging surrounding the wax in which to protect it for transportation. As a result, upon opening the box, the wax container was squashed and the lid missing (later found rolling around inside the box). Fortunately, I was able to salvage the string wax container and lid; however, appropriate packaging to prevent damage would have been appreciated. Otherwise, I received the item in a timely manner. Thank you.”
“I bought a Ragim Black Hawk. Nice bow. The Apex service was good as far as getting what I ordered but the service is just too slow. If I order a product from the US it’s here within 4-7 days. This bow took 2 weeks to arrive being shipped within Australia and that’s just too slow. I’ve just ordered a Bear Super Mag 48” and a few other products from Apex, and Hopefully this order arrives a little quicker.”

“I'm happy with the product, but was a bit bewildered on how I got there. I had been told by one salesman I had been allocated my additional Stealth Arrows pack, then by another my Field Ready Case required to be made up of whatever stock was available, then by another salesman that no Stealth Arrows were available for my 24x order. Then after complaining I did receive 12x Stealths, but then later was confused noticing in a photo that all Field Ready Cases came with Stealth Arrows. In the end I don't know what exactly happened, but glad I ended up with 12x Stealth and 12x Hunter Arrows.”

“Great service and advice and I will be a return customer. My only issue was I requested a bare shaft length when ordering which was 710mm 28" as discussed with salesperson based on my existing arrows but shafts were cut to 700mm. There was also some confusion around availability of arrows between staff members after order was placed.”

“The bow is fantastic. But i felt the string was a replacement by the store as it was in his 3rd party packaging. It is much different to my other Ragim bow and string. My nocks don't fit the new string so will need to either replace my string or replace my nocks to suit.”
“Phoned to say I was coming in with a friend to buy a Bow package for a lady beginner.....all good....get there...try out for right bow package.....yes we buy.....no you haven't got one in stock.....2 weeks pass still nothing.....bought couple of small items.....traveled 1 hour each way...wasted time and effort......need better phone info. please”
