“Original apostil document has been missing for 6 weeks, no helpful updates or feedback from Deirdre Tempers. Terrible service, would not recommend. I had to call the courier myself for an update.”

This review is unfair and incorrect - the courier has made errors, not us. Contrary to this review, we have, without needing to, at our own cost, undertaken to replace the document in question, with no thanks from this client.

“Incredibly impressed with the assistance and communication from Apostil.co.za. They assisted me with a Record Expungement, Police Clearance and eNaTIS confirmation of driving license all the while coordinating with me from another country and shipped the final documents to me. “Despite many delays - nothing within fault of Apostil, Cherissa kept pushing and pushing to get all my documents ready. She's always gotten back to me very quickly even outside business hours. Could not be any happier with the amount of work Cherissa put in for us. Well worth the money.”

“We applied and paid through u for our unabridged birth certificates, this was in May 2021. We have received nothing, no comments, the only time anyone communicates is whe I send an email. Several days ago I sent an email and asked for the application ref number to DHA and my email was completely ignored. 4 days later and still waiting. What a sad service. Am definitely going to put reviews on social media”

“I needed a PCC from overseas, I payed for the basic service quoted as R2775/PCC, R725/DHL return 20-30days... I received my documents back in my hand in 22days, I would recommend this company to anybody in need of their services. Fast, Friendly and so efficient, the customer service was amazing they made everything so simple. You won't regret using this service. 100% satisfied”

“As a South African married to Italian we needed our unabridged marriage certificate appostile. Most people don't know where to start and even an internet search creates advanced confusion, doubt and potential scams. “Apostil really came through for me , I was really stressed trying to get a police clearance from Sa as I’m in newzealand. I googled the company And Cherese answered all my questions and she is the one I’ve been communicating with all along. She was very helpful ,professional and polite, fast to respond on my emails despite time zones differences. All in all I’m very happy with their service. I chose the prioritised option because I needed the pcc urgently for my visa application. I recommend their services because they are reliable service provider .I received hard copy of pcc well packaged and very safe . Thank you Apostil 👌👌”

“There is amazing people behind Apostil.co.za, like Deirdre, who will attend your inquiry and needs in a very positive way. The guiding for the document process that you request is done very clear, professionally, and gives you many different options for timing/costs. You can feel safe that you are in good hands with them. I was a customer that required quite some emails back and for (I had my document already taking place directly so I wasn’t sure how to proceed but needed help), and I was very pleased for all the patience, attentiveness and understanding that I received. I will definitely contact them again for any future document/process. It’s much better having support with certain paperwork than doing it alone. This group can definitely help on that!”
