“I bought an iPad Air 5th generation with the M1 chip January 2023. Then the unit's screen started flickering end of January 2024 and now it freezes up. I went to the Apple store, the best they could do was to exchange the unit for another one with a 580$ discount. Basically they said, No Apple Care, bad luck. When a 1000$ unit only lasts 16 months shame on them. I really like the Apple eco system, so much that I switched to a MacBook Pro from Windows and was thinking of buying an iPhone 16, but why? when their products are no better than any other computer companies. Basically with Apple Care their subliminally saying the quality of our products are not that great, insure yourself against this.”

“First, I scheduled an appointment for the replacement of the battery on my iPhone X with Best Buy, supposedly an Apple authorized service provider. Best Buy informed me that they did not have the battery in stock and to schedule an appointment with the Apple Store 10 miles from my home. I opened a work order on-line with Apple and indicated in the work order the purpose of service was to replace an iPhone 10 battery. Upon arriving at the Apple Store, they checked my phone and agreed that I should replace my battery. However, they did not have the battery in stock and would need to order one, told me I needed to come back in a few days. Why didn't they tell me that they didn't have a battery is stock when I opened the work order or prior to my schedule appointment. Apparently, Apple does not respect my time or the expense to travel to and from their store. You would think that a technology company would have the tools to review service requests and take the appropriate action rather than inconveniencing their customers. This will be my last iPhone and I have lost all respect for Apple.”

Keeping the call on hold for 20 mins but not able to resolve the issue. Taking 2 days time but no response. If u don’t know how to resolve the issue then don’t keep those features”

I have submitted all the documents...but nothing i received from apple... finally they ask for Proof of ownership from reseller... I REQUESTED TO THE RESELLER and they provided me th proof ownership. and i send them, but still i am not getting anything for the activation of my iPad.

“I am writing this post today to express my absolute disgust for Apple and its brand of overpriced - designed to break- products. I have taken my business elsewhere and plan to never return to apple ever again. It is clear that apple is completely consumed by greed at this point and it does not take a person long to see why. In short, the quality has plummeted while the price has soared. Apple Laptops/iPads have a lifespan of about 2-3 years. Apple does not hide this from you either. This is most apparent in the battery life which they explain lasts 2-3 years (IF WELL MAINTAINED!). The repairs or replacements for these computers are expensive. Think about this reality: you drop 2000$ + tax on a laptop. In 2-3 years you are already going to have to replace the battery which costs anywhere between 400-800$ which is entirely not worth it, so you’re forced into a dilemma: you either pay the 400-800$ for repair for a computer that, in my opinion, is still relatively new (2-3 years is not old) or you drop another 2000$ on another garbage apple computer and allow them to continue sucking your wallet dry until you wake up and realize that their products are garbage and there are WAY BETTER products out there for cheaper. PEOPLE, you are being taken advantage of! If you value your hard earned cash, wake up and realize that apple has designed a system where they have purposefully created cheaper products that break faster so that they can get you to continuously keep buying new apple products. There was a time when apple computers lasted 10 + years, (remember that white plastic laptop from the early 2000’s?) Now they break in 2-3 years. The good old days of quality Apple products is gone and gone with it should be your business and hard earned cash. Let these greedy Capitalist devils earn the business we give them.”
