“Initially, I bought my iPhone 15 Plus in October amidst the hype surrounding them at the time. I had overheating issues since day 1 and over the months they got progressively worse, I spoke to Apple Support upwards of 15 times and attended several in store appointments to be told there is nothing wrong with my phone and to jog on.
Fasting forward to present, I was left with no option but to write a letter of complaint to the Apple Ireland Office and express my concerns about the disservice Apple was providing me and how upset I was at how I'd been treated, being a loyal customer for so long.
They arranged me an express replacement, wavering the holding deposit for the phone as I'd gone through so much hassle. To find out, they're shipping me a brand new device from the Apple Online Store.
Definitely a reason for me to stick by Apple's side for a little longer.”

“Someone hacked my apple account and created a recovery key i never created. I contacted Apple a few times and was given no solutions and bounced around. I offered information to prove the phone was mine but fell on deaf ears. A day later, my mother calls and was told to provide proof of purchase. I walk in apple who would not tell me still i could provide proof of purchase. It wasnt until i brought it up then the Apple rep tells me that would be all they need and present it to a manager when i came back. I went to the phone store and was able to locate the purchase on my phone account myself and went back to apple and showed them while i was actively in my phone carrier account. I was then told that they would just submit the form online and i had to wait up to 7 days WHILE who ever hacked my account has my every location STILL. I have/had apple tags in my vehicle. For me to show apple ALL my info INCLUDING proof of purchase and still not delete my account Apple can and should be sued. I only put live chat because it does not give the option to also hit in person AND telephone when ive done all 3. Recovery key is being used against their customers and for the head rep tell me they dont have my location when they do is sad. It says it on my phone.”

Keeping the call on hold for 20 mins but not able to resolve the issue. Taking 2 days time but no response. If u donโt know how to resolve the issue then donโt keep those features”

I have submitted all the documents...but nothing i received from apple... finally they ask for Proof of ownership from reseller... “I am writing this post today to express my absolute disgust for Apple and its brand of overpriced - designed to break- products. I have taken my business elsewhere and plan to never return to apple ever again. It is clear that apple is completely consumed by greed at this point and it does not take a person long to see why. In short, the quality has plummeted while the price has soared. Apple Laptops/iPads have a lifespan of about 2-3 years. Apple does not hide this from you either. This is most apparent in the battery life which they explain lasts 2-3 years (IF WELL MAINTAINED!). The repairs or replacements for these computers are expensive. Think about this reality: you drop 2000$ + tax on a laptop. In 2-3 years you are already going to have to replace the battery which costs anywhere between 400-800$ which is entirely not worth it, so youโre forced into a dilemma: you either pay the 400-800$ for repair for a computer that, in my opinion, is still relatively new (2-3 years is not old) or you drop another 2000$ on another garbage apple computer and allow them to continue sucking your wallet dry until you wake up and realize that their products are garbage and there are WAY BETTER products out there for cheaper. PEOPLE, you are being taken advantage of! If you value your hard earned cash, wake up and realize that apple has designed a system where they have purposefully created cheaper products that break faster so that they can get you to continuously keep buying new apple products. There was a time when apple computers lasted 10 + years, (remember that white plastic laptop from the early 2000โs?) Now they break in 2-3 years. The good old days of quality Apple products is gone and gone with it should be your business and hard earned cash. Let these greedy Capitalist devils earn the business we give them.”
