“As promised on their website, the item (DeLonghi duhmidifier) was in stock, the price was very good, and the item was shipped the next day - with the price of shipping included. While the carrier was not owned by Appliance Central, AP were easy to contact and helpful when the carrier didn't deliver as expected.”

“Ordered a Noirot panel heater in early April. The heater arrived in good time but was faulty. After making numerous phone calls, after about two weeks, I got a shipping slip to send it back at no charge to me. After waiting a further 2 weeks from shipping, I again had to phone to get further action and another heater arrived on the 7th May which works. Action to rectify the situation was negligible unless I followed up. Okay to buy from if appliance works but be wary if you get one that doesn't.”
