“Purchased a tumble dryer condenser from Boots on behalf of AO. Both very prompt at phone communication and lovely delivery personnel. Had to wait a month for another retailer to deliver and they never did, had to cancel and never regretted buying from AO/Boots instead! Delivery withing the same week. Very pleased!”

“Had my fridge freezer replace and old taken away. The lads who came believe it to be baljeet and kapa did an amazing fantastic job even though my entry space was to narrow they took the extra time to do what they could. I would recommend ao because the delivery guys were honest respectful and very helpful. They are a credit to you guys. Thank you lads sorry my job took a lot of your time”

“I purchased an American fridge from AO.com recently and I have to say the service has been fantastic. We had to put back our delivery day quite a few times due to renovation work at our property. During this time the fridge reduced in price and they was happy to honour the reduction and refund us. On delivery day the delivery guys were so careful and helpful. Thank you so much AO, keep doing what you do as it’s amazing.”

“I purchased a Hisense fridge freezer online. I also chose to purchase the 5-star membership @£39.99 per year because it offered free delivery and free removal of my old fridge freezer, and it was £10 cheaper with membership. Most places charge a hefty fee for delivery and charge again to dispose of your old items and packaging. There are also offers during the next 12 months for 5-star members, all with free delivery etc. You can cancel your membership at any time if you don't want to pay for next year's membership. (It can be a real headache when living alone to dispose of heavy, bulky items.) The council would have taken it eventually, but they still expect you to put it outside your property, so I chose to have it all dealt with at once by AO. The delivery went very well, the men were pleasant, well mannered, careful, punctual, etc, so I couldn't fault them. They just got on with the job, and they were very careful not to damage anything. The service I got was amazing. I received a text message with my time slot, and then a phone call to check everything was going ok, so I didn't have to leave my previously frozen food out to defrost prematurely. I also got a phone call to say the van was only 10 minutes away. From start to finish, everything went well. I will recommend AO for any electrical goods. Give them a try if anything needs replacing. 🤗”

“I had an issue with a washing machine ordered from Boots (via ao.com) the machine purchased was too wide (not as dimensions on website including door and dials) and also dials caused issue (outside width) when opening a draw. AO customer service were brilliant in sorting out a replacement, Vicky was very helpful with sorting replacement suggestions, arranging the collection and delivery of the product(s) The difference in payment was dropped into my account within 3 days of exchange The delivery guys were very helpful and great at testing before leaving. Thank you will definitely purchase from ao again.”
