“Operationally very good. Quality is acceptable but the cylinder retaining system is flimsy plastic and is not adequate. The instructions did not clarify that the fire has to be switched off at the cylinder and cannot be switched off at the control knob. In addition to this, there would seem to be an extra piece of plastic with no purpose I assume it came off during transport and I have no idea where it should be fitted.”

“Fire came not a problem.
My problem came when getting a 15kg gas bottle.
Nobody would sell me one inless I had a empty one have struggled to get one but now I have its been great”

“Purchase and delivery of stove was excellent, the only issue has been that it seems impossible to buy a 15Kg Butane bottle to go in it. Calor say the seller should have made the buyer aware, so at the moment I’ve got a lovely gas stove, but I can’t use it unfortunately.”

“I’ve had my heater for 2 months, and I’m very happy with the way it works,
I find I causes a bit condensation on the windows, but that’s not a problem.”
“I decided to buy a Calor Gas heater as backup due to the Energy situation. I found it difficult to purchase one at first as they were selling like hotcakes. Eventually, I decided on a Lifestyle Azure Blue Flame Gas Cabinet Heater. Whilst very satisfied with my purchase I noticed that parts of the rear of the heater around the top inside were very sharp and I almost cut my finger as I was moving the heater. The left-hand corner looked unfinished. Due to this issue, I have only given the heater 4 stars in what looks like a really good product.”

“Easy to use website with plenty of information about the products. Unfortunately, likely due to the energy crisis and a fear of future power cuts, most of the heaters were out of stock. Despite that, we managed to get a really good one at a reasonable price. Delivery was very fast, much faster than expected and the heater was very well packaged.”
