The buying and shipping was great, however, the shipping packaging has needs. The shipping box had a hole in it and the bag that contained the bullets had ripped open at some point. Out of the 1000 bullets ordered I only received approximately 250 bullets (by weight). The bullets do look good and I think they will load well.

The Hornady bullets and .223 brass were received in fine condition. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they look fine. I have problems with the .223 brass I ordered and I will review them seperately.

Only problem is first order sent to wrong address. And second order was delayed by wrong shipping order or mix up by shipping company. Both orders arrived late.

Hi Jacob, sorry to see your package arrived damaged. These heavy boxes, nearly 42 lbs, sometimes take a beating but do their job to get the items to you entact. If you have an issue with missing or damaged items, simply retain all packaging and contact our customer support.

The parts are from aero precision and are very nice and function perfectly. I received the dust cover only and was missing the forward assist. I was sent the forward assist later but the customer service is really slow. I waited 3 days for a response and then notified that they'll send it out. With the delayed response I received the forward assist 10 days after my original package arrived. I know mistakes happen and I would recommend armorally because they fixed their mistake, have good products and fair prices.

Shipping was fast. Barrel had a couple of scratches on the flutes when I pulled it out of the box.

FedEx screwed the pooch on this order. 8 days to travel 450 miles. Other than that they were what I ordered, polymer80 frames. Decent sale price of $89 but in my opinion still over priced for what they are.

Customer service says I need to contact manufacturer as this would fall under manufactures warranty, but bought firearm from Arm or Ally

Brad, we received your email about the firearm jamming occasionally. As an online dealer for the firearm manufacturer, we handle the stocking, marketing, product questions, transfer, and shipping to your local FFL. Once a firearm is transferred to you from your local dealer it is considered used, and unable to be returned. We do not take firearms back for troubleshooting, and if there are issues with the workmanship or function of the firearm, the manufacturer's warranty covers you. Should you have any trouble getting a response or service from the manufacturer, we are here to help facilitate.

Not your fault that I have not received my order yet. I think it's being held for ransom at the Memphis TN post office. It has been there since June 8 and has still not been delivered. Maybe you could help from your end?

Fast shipping! Brass was short 3 pieces. I wrote them a reminder to err on side of customer. I did not ask for compensation, but they did credit my account 2 dollars. I guess that’s easier than sending me the last 3 pieces of brass. I’m not unhappy, just an attention to detail type person. Would have rather had the brass count right, but they didn’t offer me that. I would still buy from again.

Hi Stephen, sorry about the short count. Normally we would have sent the remaining cases but we were out of stock on this brass this go around.
