I had a fantastic experience with Arnold Clark, Stirling with Adrian Krol. He went above and beyond to help me. He was so patient, helpful and friendly. He didn’t push or try to force any sale. I would highly recommend, ask for Adrian every time.

Sold me a substandard car, failed MOT on work they were supposed to carry out, damaged my car and refused responsibility! Avoid like the plague!

Had a great experience with Arnold Clark when looking for a new car for my elderly parents. Their service is Superb. I would definitely recommend dealing with Joseph at the Leeds branch on Roseville Road, who went above and beyond to help us. He was so patient, helpful and friendly. He didn’t push or try to force any sale. I would highly recommend, ask for Joseph every time.

I bought a Car fro Arnold Clark which broke down within 3 months after some stress and time going to and frow they replaced the car with like for like. Great you may say however at they're suggestion I hired a car which cost over £900 as it took over 2 week of persistent complaints. I'm a blue badge holder so a car as essential. I was travelling to holiday when the car broke down so paid money for 2 accommodation I couldn't use never mind totally spoiling the holiday as insta of enjoying it I spent the entire time on the phone emailing Arnold Clark and trading standards. I'm ut of pocket over £1200 and they offered a good will gesture of just £500 which I felt is disgraceful for such a large company.

This is on an extension on a review I posted three months ago regarding a used car with old, damaged tyres. After the tyres were sorted, I thought that would be the end of any further issues. I could not have been more wrong. I was driving to work when all I could hear was this horrible screeching sound coming from my right, front tyre. I managed to pull over quickly were I thought it was a stone stuck. Tried my hardest to see where the stone was, yet found nothing. I took the car around to the garage near my work to find that my brake pads and discs were rotten, worn down and corroded. Phoned Arnold Clark straight back and I luckily managed to get every single penny back and they mentioned that the car came from another Arnold Clark garage. I was terrified driving the car after as I was waiting for the next bad thing to happen. I ended having to get the vehicle checked over for peace of mind sakes before I felt safe and comfortable enough to drive the car. They should never have sold me a car that was in such a state. Just because a car looks clean, does not mean it is fine. They should just replace parts that are over three years old, unless they are absolutely immaculate.

Bought a car end of Dec 21,had it 9 days under my 30 day warrenty and gear box broke.10days later there is no sign of a repair being done as they are unable to recover a pair from main dealer of the make of car. I spoke to general manager and told him that if the part hasn't arrived by early next week then I would like a full refund as they have no idea wen they will receive the part. I am now being told that I'm not initiled to refund as I excepted the repair. How does that work? Under the consumers act,I am invited to full refund under my 30 day warrenty, the car is unfit for purpose not repaired and is now causing me an inconvenience. I told him to cancel the part as I don't want it's taking to long to be repaired he is still refusing to do so. So where do i stand under the law?

£5995 needing £3000 of work an arnold clark won't help The worst company from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE HASSLE YOU TO BUY THEN ONCE YOU HAVE THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. MY CAR HAD A SERVICE(BOUGHT ON THE SERVICE PLAN) AND THE CAR CAME AWAY FINE. a week later went to the manufacturer to have an electrical fault fixed and they found 2LARGE OIL LEAKS WHICH ARNOLD CLARK DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT. I am a single woman on my own with 2 young children under 4 and they let me drive that car away with 3000 pound worth of work needing doing to it only had it 11 month and bought the extended warranty but they want nothing to do with it Customer service are so so rude. Please if getting a car is an expensive thing to you do not go here as I now have to use my time an effort that I should be using on my kids on them to fight it. Calls recordings requested they never send then tell me I never requested them. So patronising because I'm young and a single woman on my own. I can not afford that money to fixed this car. The worst company. I tried to cover myself with service plans around extended warranty an they still ripped me off. Now I have no car because I'm terrified to put my children in it incase something happens

Same as mentioned by others. Was promised collection dates over and over but every time there was another excuse. Now they have not received the log book, when only this morning it was because they did not have anyone to service it. After reading all the other comments I am just done with this company. Lots of promises, none delivered. They just cannot be bothered. Feels like a dodged a bullet tbh. Dundee branch.

If i could give NO STARS i would. Bought a second hand car and arranged to pick up at Stirling Branch. Drove car approximately 0.5 miles down the road and the car lost power. Drove immediately back to garage. Booked in for repair and it took them 4 days to look at it. Part had to be ordered and advised 2-3 days. A week later, the servicing department advised that the part had not arrived and there was a delay. The Sales person howerver advised that the part had been received but the servicing department were too busy to look at it. A further 4 days later and the car has still not been repair. Fobbed off with excuse after excuse. THIS IS AN EXCUSE OF A COMPANY! 11 days later still repair, no car and paying for the fiance.

I am already sorry I have purchased with them I've only had the car a few hours ... such poor service from sales guy.. lack of contact ..had to chase him for information.. didn't return calls.. emailed.. getting my name wrong not even a professional email .. more like a text ..changing the reason for delays ..did not even show me the car.. handed me the keys through a side door ..I got into the car ..low tyre pressure.. !!!! asked for him ..got a message back.. he said he was busy just to take it across to the service area .. a mechanic kindly fixed the issue explained the tyre pressure and removed the sales sticker and number from the windscreen.. Kevin thank you. Now I have a dreaded feeling there will be issues with the car the thought of having to deal with the sales guy ! Hopefully I will just be able to go to the service section.
