“Have been buying George t shirt bras for years they have been soft comfortable and supportive,, I wouldn't have even considered buying elsewhere,, But after ordering a new pack just after Christmas,, I discovered that the style, quality and fit had completely changed,, so disappointed,, they now feel like the kind of Bras that you can't wait to take off at the end of the day”

“Why have all clothes now been designed for young people? I used to be able to buy good clothes for my age. Not only that but you could also see the clothes on women of average size not size 8 it 10. Get real and put your clothes back to average size models and don't forget most people shopping are not aged 18!!!!!”

“No care when things go wrong. Customer service offer no service or care. Avoid if you need your goods in a timely manner. Don’t bother paying priority delivery, it guarantees nothing”

“I used to buy a lot of clothes from Asda but not any more. They don't cater for the over 40s. All the tops are hideous and don't get me started on the jeans. Unless you want them baggy or ripped, forget it. Such a shame. And at the branch I go to they haven't re opened the changing rooms. Oh yeah, and the sizing. What's wrong with using size 10, 12, 14 etc? What's with small medium and large?”

“Well I placed an order for click and collect, it says it will take about 2-3 days to be delivered into my nearest store. It’s been more than 5 days now and I’m still waiting for my order. I’m really disappointed because I was expecting my order as I bought the stuff expecting to Give them as a present for a friend, it took time more than was expected. This might be the last time I buy stuff from George asda.”

“Wanted to give me items with bashed packaging - which was a gift for someone! then told me to take them and fill out an online return form and bring them back! Partner bought dresses too and went to collect it was kids socks...told to phone customer service and they could not understand us (scottish) customer service outsourced to India...hours on the phone...nightmare - I will not even shop at Asda now...its went way downhill since been taken over.”

“It's the women's jeans. The pockets are tiny! Every time I sit down something falls out. Last time my phone screen broke. Disgusted. Especially as the men's jeans have great pockets. Won't be buying from this sexist store again.”

“Why have all the clothes now changed to suit young people only? I always used to buy clothes but now I can't. Also all the models used now are young and no more than a size 10. Asda appears to forget that most people who buy clothes whilst shopping are not teenagers. Had enough of being made to feel old and fat, now shopping at tesco!”

“ordered 2 roasting trays as the size given on the website was perfect. When they arrived they were far bigger. I informed customer services and 14 emails later trying to get them to understand. They are now sending me 2 more of the same ones? Why?. I have requested a complaint opened 4 times and still not acknowledged.”

You get what you pay for this dog toy looks a bargain sturdy rope and super cute if Disney fan, until your pup chews it's ears apart too find covered in plastic cellophane!!!! Very alarming customer services refused too investigate as I did not have product label/packaging or reciept. Something I did not think I would need to keep given the toy looked good on outside. I left a review on product to have it removed, three times have reworded it keeping too the facts and giving my opinion on the good and bad about product and every time it does not get authorised. Clearly are not concerned that their product is faulty and don't want people to stop purchasing or warn people who have purchased that if they have a pup who chews don't give them this toy or could choke on plastic. Other people I know checked there dogs toy to find exactly the same inside but asda Clearly happy with having a dangerous product. The fact it is clear they don't care and reviews are always good on products as they ban any negative reviews. I posted on social media and got message with a u turn to take item in store so can investigate but given they keep removing my review on the product I doubt very much this will be investigated, trading standards on other hand were very interested. If you purchased this for your pet bin it. Shame on asda utterly disgusted by customer services.”

“Yet again I have been let down by Asda I had a delivery booked for today and it got cancelled without informing me, and I only found out later when I went on the Asda app to track my order, I finally got hold of someone on customer service, and by the time they spoke to me, and the Asda Filton store, and reversed the funds back into my bank account, I can not get a slot until the 26th of December, so no Christmas food for our family over Christmas as no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we have no transport or support nearby to help us, and this is not the first time”

“Asda delivered me a ‘navy’ bin that was damaged and the wrong colour. I would have been happy to leave my review on their website. However they rejected my factual and neutral review in a bid to mislead their customers. So I will be posting my factual review wherever I can.”

“I ordered a multi pack of 2 long sleeve t shirts choosing a lilac/pink colourway, on Wednesday I received my parcel and it contained the WRONG coloured t shirts, after telephoning customer service the same day they confirmed that replacement t shirts would be forwarded in the correct colour choice, today Saturday I received my parcel, once again the colourway was that which I complained about so this mistake has been made TWICE! I did telephone the customer care number however the call handlers did not seem to understand, on my second call I was eventually offered a refund, NO email to confirm this, I have written a message to customer service however no automated acknowledgement, this is very offputting a company such as ASDA should treat their customers better! I would also ask where is the call centre based as the handlers seem to have difficult understanding what is being said this is a further headache when trying to reach a solution. I will telephone yet again if I hear nothing further,it does not encourage further purchases.”

“I ordered from Asda 6 storage boxes 100liters. One was broken I called to customer service straight away,send them a picture. They promise me replacement on the 27th of July I stay at home all day and call them. They apologise and promise contact me and send me replacement. Till today I did not recieved any information. I'm very happy with the product, but the service leaves much to be desired. Asda does not meet its obligations to the consumer. Therefore, I have a negative online service with Asda. And I will buy everything in the store making sure the quality is good and product is not damaged.”
