“Great 32" Hemisphere fire pit. Half the price of similar firepits I found online. Looks really rugged and cool. Some reviewers say it is huge, but I would call it medium-sized. Heavy, but can still be moved around fairly easily by most guys. Since it is deep, I feel like it is a bit safer and more likely to keep a fire contained than a shallow pit. Also holds more wood for a 32 inch diameter compared with shallow pits. I would think it would last indefinitely if kept under cover. If left out in the open uncovered in Michigan, it will probably not last forever, but for sure many years longer than a typical thin fire pit. The cover screen is surprisingly thin and fragile appearing. I think the look of the firepit is perfect for a cottage/cabin. When people first see it, they are generally pretty impressed. Quite unique. Five times cooler than what you find at the big box stores. Delivery was fast, early, and efficient via Fedex. Online sales support from Titan was great.”

“7/8" rotisserie forks don't fit over 7/8" square tubing. Metal distortion from welds needed considerable filing and grinding with small Dremel grinding tool to get these forks to fit. Slides were also slightly out of square, needing modification with a hammer and vise. On the up-side, these extra large forks on square spit tubing are the only thing I could find to support spit roasting really large cuts.”

Hi Art, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and my apologies as due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes to most orders. Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse team as soon as they are placed and our warehouse team cannot make changes to orders, just process the order based on the information on them. I can see that a rerouting request with the carrier has been offered but was not accepted. This is usually the only option we have for changing shipping addresses. My apologies again.
