“Box arrived damaged and half open. When shipping something that weighs 80lbs, maybe put it in a wooden shipping box. As a result I’d the jostling in shipment, some of the finish was rubbed off. Should not affect the way the product is used though and it’s going to live in a dark fireplace where no one is going to see it anyway. I can’t tell yet if it pushes the heat back into the room effectively.”

“Everything looks great except for the wire grate is a bit thin. The griddle is very thick and heavy duty bot the mesh definitely needs upgraded.”

“I really like design. Cooked chili on it yesterday in Dutch oven. It turned out great. Reason for 4 stars is one leg wasn’t fabricated right and does not sit flat on ground. Also expanded metal cooking grate is too thin.”

“Order process was simple to follow. I suggest that you make all of the accessories for the rotisserie easier to find. And please include the counterweight with the unit. Without it, a buyer who is not familiar with large rotisseries would have a hard time. Instructional videos would also help. Order arrived in great shape. The quality of the unit is great. I will cook a 45lb pig for Thanksgiving.”

“One of the grills did not arrive and was sent back to the company, I then had to request another be shipped out. The boxes the grills arrived in were ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED!!! Torn, ripped, taped up holes at the corners. Just awful and unprofessional! Both grills are scratched and one is dented. Based on this experience I would NEVER recommend someone ordering from your site.”

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier.
