“We were so pleased with our last lounge chair that we bought another one. The fit and finish of the pieces are excellent and assembly was not difficult, it took about 45 minutes altogether. The dowels do not go all the way in on the footstool so they needed to be sawn flush. This requires care to make sure not to scratch the footstool legs; we used a small Japanese flush cut finish saw, which is not an expensive tool.”

“Product is great and Delivery was on time. The only issue was the packaging was all torn out upon arrival, I thought the item might be defective but its strong construction and didn't affect it. You might want to revisit the packaging material and come up with a sturdy way to ship it.”

“So I ordered a cauldron, grill and chain off Amazon, they all came but the cauldron handle holes were not drilled in the center of the cauldron so it hung at about a 10-degree angle. I packaged that one up and returned it via Amazon. Then I ordered another cauldron, grill and chain (which comes as a set) from Titan Great Outdoors directly. Unfortunately, only the cauldron showed up but no grill or chain. I then contacted Titan Great Outdoors customer service via email. The person corresponded nicely but nothing came. So I contacted Titan Great Outdoors customer service then two weeks later another cauldron shows up with a grill but still no chain. Now I have an extra cauldron (what am I going to do with it) and I am going to buy the chain from the hardware store. So overall not thrilled with the experience.”

“Excellent product for a good price! I bought a grate for our new fire ring and am very pleased with it. I had a bit of trouble with the website (it kept rejecting my slightly odd address) but found a work-around with help of customer service.”
