“Very good Customer Service, will order again”

“This item was delivered ok, but when I opened it and I only had one hook. When I called to get another hook I was told that they didn't have any I was even trying to buy one, but they said it would take about three months to get another hook. I was told I might as well just return the item, but I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I have bought many things before but this is rediculous and everything is being blamed on the supply chain, Wow.”

“I was unhappy that when I got on the website it offered me 5% off at checkout but didn’t apply the 5%. I immediately wrote customer service and they said - We are unable to apply the discount code to your order as it is already processed. It felt like false advertising. I like the grill, I would recommend it to friends but I would warn them about my experience as well.”

“I was looking for something to protect my Trex deck from my Solo stove and the heat shield is perfect for it. It completely blocks all the heat. I can put my hand under the shield and not feel any heat whatsoever. It was ready to go right out of the box”

“I received my purchase after a long delay do to damage by fedex. The product is missing the hardware, at least one structural piece and damaged. I spoke to Therese Canete in customer service on 9/15 and emailed her 10 pics of the condition of the item and noted the missing pieces. I asked for a refund and instructions to return. No reply from anyone at Titan. Will be filing a complaint with my Credit card Co and BBB. Get with it over there in customer care Ralph”

“original order "lost in shipment" had to call after three weeks to request back up order...associate was VERY helpful and sent second order out right away. The product is first class and well made!”
