“I ordered on a Monday night at 7:00ct and received my order on Thursday morning. The package was to be for 4 gongs but only 3 were in the package. I called service and the repersentative immediatelly placed a remplacement order and it arrived on Saturday morning. The wrong package was picked up on Friday. This was great service and the price was within my range. I will be putting them up today (Monday) and shooting on them this afternoon.”

“I Placed an order in July for 8 chairs. (2 packs of 4) I called to confirm that they had 8 chairs to fill the order and was told yes. I received 6 of those chairs. When I emailed to ask about the missing chairs they said they ran out and would send them when they got more stock in the next month or two- which was ok. Over 3 months later I get an email saying they are canceling the order and prorated the return for the 2 chairs. 1st of all I don't have enough matching chairs second when they do get them in and I reorder I will have to pay a price increase of about $75 a chair as they will no longer have the 4 pack discount and they have raised prices.”

“I received the wrong item (the correct item eas ordered but the wrong one delivered) now I am trying to prove I received the incorrect item instead of the company just issuing a pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be shopping here again.”
