“The 40” fire grate is very high quality. I have only used it once so far but it seems to be very durable and well crafted. On a side note, I wanted to split my purchase and use a Visa gift card for part of it (which is always challenging on a web pay portal). I called in and spoke with a representative. Couldn’t have been nicer and they were able to help me out easily.”

“Incredibly made medieval Roman fire pit. Extremely heavy. Should last 3 life times. Craftsmanship is amazing. The welding is definitely detailed. The steel is heavy. Great job. Did i mention how fast it was shipped... better then Amazon!! Elio from NashvilleTennessee”

“The titan grill I recieved was used and not a "scratch and dent" was advertised. I have talked to a staff person who requested pictures. Which I did send yesterday 9/13 via email. I have not received a response as of yet. I'll with hold my review pending the outcome of my issues.”

“Just received my Titan grill. It took a week longer than expected to arrive. It reached the shipping facility in Phoenix on time, then it sat there. Every day I would check the tracking number and it would say delivery by end of day today. But the next day it would say the same thing. After a week of this, I contacted Titan about it. Within an hour they emailed me back. Within an hour of that, the shipping company contacted me to schedule delivery. Dont know what they did but it worked. Now I have my grill and am excited to get cooking on it!”
