“I received my purchase after a long delay do to damage by fedex. The product is missing the hardware, at least one structural piece and damaged. I spoke to Therese Canete in customer service on 9/15 and emailed her 10 pics of the condition of the item and noted the missing pieces. I asked for a refund and instructions to return. No reply from anyone at Titan. Will be filing a complaint with my Credit card Co and BBB. Get with it over there in customer care Ralph”

“original order "lost in shipment" had to call after three weeks to request back up order...associate was VERY helpful and sent second order out right away. The product is first class and well made!”

“I looked at these and made my mind up I was going to purchase them , and after getting confirmation that my order was recieved , It was just 3 or 4 days they arrived , and although I have used them yet , it seems they are just as advertised , and arrived on time of maybe a littler early,”

“Purchased a “scratch and dent” roaster, received a banged up used roaster with a significant foul odor (assuming from the previous owner who didn’t clean after using it). However, TGO made it right by refunding me 100%. Their quality assurance process leave much to be desired.”

“Frankly, I’m disappointed in the packaging, and shape of the materials received. Additionally, I have not yet put my XL BGE in the table, because I think the table and legs need to be reinforced. I’m still on the fence about sending it back, but hopefully the Titan customer service team will make this right or provide some type of concessions. I have pictures available to display how the package arrived and the damage to parts inside.”

“My order for the 32" backyard fire ring with grill was delivered much quicker than I expected. You deserve 5 stars for that. But my order arrived without any instructions, which seemed odd, and the box was beaten up pretty bad leaving a few scratches on the outer ring. I overlooked both issues and with just a little thought figured out how to assemble the product. I still haven't figured out how to drive in the two stakes that would make it easier to flip open the ring to clean out the ashes. Any assistance with that would be appreciated. The product itself is HEAVY DUTY for sure. Looks like it'll last a lifetime.”

“I did have an issue with shipping on my order as it was split in two and half didn’t make it to me. After a few emails and a phone call they sent out a replacement and the other half arrived several weeks after the initial order. I would recommend them though as their customer service handled the problem professionally. Thanks”

“Bought scratch and dent folding adirondack chairs. One was missing the hardware to keep it from collapsing. Contacted Titan about that safety isssue and Titan claimed the missing parts aren't their problem, sold as is. I can buy / find hardware so I can use the chair but was very disappointed with the customer service experience.”
