“If you use Fedex to deliver, you should use heavier boxes. my order had holes in the box was taped and had missing parts. replacement box arrived the same way, all parts were there, but I can see why they are arriving ripped and open”

“Would have been 5 stars if not for missing hardware... super fast shipping! product was repackaged by FedEx before delivery & arrived without any hardware for assembly. a single phone call is all it took to get the hardware on its way. Great customer service! I'm excited to get the hardware, assemble and put it to use. Exactly what I wanted & expected”
