“So far I have ordered three items from Titan and each has arrived promptly in very sturdy packaging. The items are well designed, heavy duty and easy to assemble. Great company and great products.”

“The best addition I’ve added to my fire place ever! The price was very reasonable for a great product. This metal 21” backplate with vertical feeding grate make’s building a fire super easy and burns till nothing but ash when you load it up and set er a blaze. I would recommend to anyone with an indoor fireplace!”

“This is probably my fault, but the gift is just too heavy to be portable and I need to return it. On another note, it was SO heavy it ripped the bag it came in. Can you send a return label? Much better for someone to leave on their patio all the time (it's nice) but not good for lugging to the beach which was my intent when i gave it to my son and his wife.”

“We took advantage of your Black Friday special pricing on your fire rings. Your customer service dept. was very helpful and made ordering easy. The rings arrived promptly and are in storage awaiting the opening of our new RV campground this summer.”
