“Absolutely love my new fire pit. I first discovered it when I booked a weekend at a getaway.house cabin. I figured if it held up to their visitors that it would be a good quality out for me at my home. I did my research as I was already shopping around for a pit months prior to my trip and found the exact same put in the site. I was excited to see that it was on sale and ordered it immediately. I got an estimated shipping date and the pit arrived just a couple days after input in the order, which was way earlier than I expected it to arrive. It was delivered to my front door while I was at work, so both my teenage boys assembled it together and placed it in the area I had already prepared for it the previous two days after placing the order. By the time I came home from night shift, it was ready to go and I couldn’t wait to light up the fire in order to wind down before going to sleep. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and excited to spend time with my kids, family, and friends around the fire. Thank you for the excellent experience.”

“Love the grill because it’s so there’s no flareup it’s even heating and you know you got about an hour 20 minutes to cook everything and it’s just wonderful because of the flat bottom you don’t get excessive oxygen feeding the fire causing flareup so it’s just a nice very controlled even heating and enjoy the food comes out magnificent thoroughly satisfied beautiful grill fits right into the backyard thank you so much”

“The 21 inch grate was more expensive than the 26 inch which is what it is but then you sent me am email with the 21 inch on sale for $10 less 2 days after it arrived at my house. Rep wouldn't honor the $10 which is unfortunate. Left me with a bad taste. Not a great way to do business. I never heard of titan before this and probably wouldn't shop here again.”

“I have ordered a 6 ft ATV Transformer Tow Frame w Grader Blade Attachment. Without any forewarning, you send the blade, but do not send the tow frame! But after inquiring, your rep says it will come in 2 months! That doesn't work out for me. One part is useless without the other! I am still waiting for a credit on the full order of $922.19. If I order again in the spring, I need both items delivered together! You seem to have a problem with Transformer Tow Frames never in stock!! jackgiustojr@gmail.com”

“Disappointed. If I could easily return it I would. One crucial part was heavily rusted and was painted the rust. Poorly packaged. Supposed to put this in a vehicle reciever hitch but it doesn't come with the retainer pin. There is an unexplained nut welded to unit, manual was no help. Lack of quality control is evident with paint over rust, bent parts. Titan used to be better. Have lots of Titan products. Last two purchases show declining quality. Disappointed.”

“This product is amazing! It helps heat our entire living room, kitchen and back bedrooms (1100 SF). It arrived quickly and in perfect condition! Easy assembly and your fires not only are more efficient the back plate holds and distributes heat quickly! Would 100% recommend for folks with an open fireplace wanting to get more from their wood supply! Wish I had looked into this sooner!”
