I have had a chance to check and I can see that the replacement order was tagged delivered on 11/26. My apologies about the missing parts from your initial order. “We ordered two outdoor chairs. Only one came and we had to call to get the second one shipped. The first one took us two hours to assemble because a couple of the holes did not align and I had to use a power drill in order to get the bolts to slide through. The second chair went together easily. We really like the rocking chairs and they are solid and comfortable. Kevin and Debbie”

“Website was easy to navigate and shipping punctual. items arrived on time packaging a little damaged but I am OK with it because items were metal (fire grate and a fire ring) so no damages done. Both worked great in my yard debris burning setup, and are holding up without warping after 3 burns.”
