“Package with grill grate arrived with visual damage. Grill grate had corresponding damage with side rail bent, paint gouged and scratched. Unit is dented/bent and scratched/gouged in several places. I bought the package protection at checkout. I took pictures and sent them in 15 minutes after delivery. Titan offered me 5% which is about $5 to settle. This could sell as a scratch and dent item for 25%-50% reduction. Very frustrating, very slow customer service and horrible resolution. I bought a new product and I want a new product but am being forced to accept a scratch and dent factory second. The product packing is not sufficient for the item weight. Buyer beware.”

Should you wish to make any purchase in the future, you may contact our Sales Dept at 1-888-794-1455 from Mon - Fri / 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST to place your order so they can manually remove the taxes from the order. Or, if easier, you can place the order online and then reach out to us via email to process the refund for the taxes.

“Had a crack in the first cauldron I received. Took pictures of the cracked cauldron and the condition of the box it came in and texted them to customer service. Two days later I had the replacement cauldron in one piece. SUPER SERVICE!”

“Great grill with lots of minor issues. First off, the grill is built like a tank. You get solid construction for a reasonable price (bought it on sale). It does everything it should but mine has some serious annoyances: 1. Lots of bubbling paint and paint chipping with rust on back rail area. 2. When grill gets hot the grill grate get stuck going down to low position sometimes. It's from the paint, it gets kind of sticky and clumped where the grate slides. 3. The crank wheel has a piece of metal stuck in there so it rattles when you crank it. 4. The shelves do sit level. The tabs do no sit tight where they slide in so they lean to the right and left. 5. Manual called for some plates to go in between one set of casters for leveling. I believe these were not needed. It sits level without. Customer service was clueless about it and I think the manual is out of date. Caused some confusion. Overall it is a nice grill. The sticky part is starting to go away after a few cooks. Customer service is responsive and they settled with a fair percentage off to compensate for the issues. I would give 5 stars if QC on these were better and they used a better paint. Probably the best bang for your buck if you are in the market for a Santa Maria grill, well when it is on sale.”

“We ordered a wagon wheel style grate for our firepit. It arrived quickly and thankfully in one piece. We love it, it's everything that was described and more. This isn't the heaviest one shown which the freight companies had trouble getting to people in one piece because it seemed they were damaging it because of the weight. Ours is still quite heavy but delverable and well made.”
