If you receive a product that you are not happy with, it is hard to get your money back. You have to pay to ship back and they charge to restock. You to send pictures of the box and they decide whether or not you can send back. After they decide they will give the address to send to. You have to give them the tracking info before they refund, even if they already have your product. No tracking number no refund. I would have been better off to sell mine at a loss, I would have had more of my money back. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Very nice product, heavy duty steel. Grill surface and charcoal try need 2 clamps each, because only one for each part allow them to move a lot. I had to make them by myself. Otherwise very happy!

This is not product review. This is for service. I ordered the item while it was in stock, then I was told that it is on backorder. I paid extra to get it sooner in time for party. Unfortunately it was delivered about a month after the order but they charged for it at the time of order. No compensation for the delay.

I have yet to use the product, but I had to modify the spreader control and had to change the wood screws which connect apparatus to the frame.

Recently purchased the charcoal grill with the pig spit. Easy to put together but the protective plastic was brutal to remove there has to be a protective plastic that removes easier. The quality overall seems good but the rotating rod does not seat well into the receiver of the motor it seems to want to slide apart. But it did a fine job on a 60lb pig. I would not go any bigger than that.

Bought bent and dent spit. It performed flawlessly. We roasted a suckling pig 87 lb live weight. And every single person loved it and the spit. Needless to say many more to come. Can’t wait. Bought one on Amazon and it was horrible. It didn’t work so I returned it and googled best spits and you were in the top 10. All you had left was bent and dent so we took a chance ad I’m glad I did. I save a bunch of money and had an amazing product.

Trying to find a well built heavy duty fire pit that isn't going to disintegrate in two years isn't an easy task. I found the Titan on line an it was listed as 103lbs and I was sold. It is really a nice heavy duty fire pit and gets extremely hot.

I purchased a teak table, when the table arrived a huge chunk of wood was missing, it may have happened during shipping. I contacted Titan and gave pictures of the damage wondering if I could just get a discount of some sort on the table since it would cost more money to send it back. All they would do is give me 5% off a future purchase, nothing for the damaged table. I sent two follow-up emails asking if there was something else that could be done and received no response. I would not purchase anything with Titan again.

We paid extra for faster shipping, but fedex lost the package and it took three days for them to find it and deliver it after the original date.
