The last two grills ordered have shown up damaged and it is a struggle to get the company to make it right. Shipping and customer service need major improvement.

I have ordered several pieces of teak patio furniture and am very happy with the high quality construction. The first piece I ordered (teak bar) arrived with a broken leg. After contacting Titan, they had a replacement at my house within days. I'm very happy with my purchases.

Very disappointed in your return policy. I paid $129 for an outdoor grate that ended up being too big to use. That was my fault and I would expect that to cost me something on the return. However, after jumping through your hoops to provide photos and emails, as well as trying to make the original box suitable for shipping, it was going to cost me $126 to ship it back to you. From there I would incur a 20% restocking charge. This is not a good policy if you want return customers. Just so you know, I will NOT be a return customer.

Communication, tracking and delivery was excellent! My table came quickly and well packaged. My table is a bit less than perfect though. Not bad enough to return. But a joint on the table top is not smooth. There is a raised area (1/8 “). And under that spot is a table leg that is higher than the others, needing to be shimmed to prevent rocking.

The teak table and chairs are beautifully finished and were easy to assemble. They are also very solid. The ordering/delivery was fast over the phone. The only glitch was that I could not complete the order online no matter what I tried but as mentioned I was able to complete it via phone.

I ordered the scratch and Dent Kamado table. As stated up front in the product description that the table could be missing hardware with scratches and a few dents. I was pleasantly suprised when I opened it... there were a few scratches and one minor dent, along with a few missing bolts but all in all it was much better than I expected. After $2.67 at a hardware store I now have an awesome table for my Kamado. It is very heavy duty and the XL kamado I have fit like a champ. A good deal all the way around
