“Love it! Easy to put together. Put together in less than thirty minutes. Immediately went outside to season. Did my first cook on it later on that day. Two Spatchcock chicken and 6 corn on the cob, yes it fit no problem. Chicken and corn turned out great. Part of turning out good food is good ingredients, using the right technique and having the right tools. My only complaint is I had to wd-40 the metal parts that move. Seriously it's metal guys.”

“You guys shipped out 6 1/2” thick plates with the biggest being 10” in diameter. You sent them in a box that is approx 10” high by 13” wide and almost 20” long with no packing at all. The box had been busted open and someone had to use packing tape to wrap the entire box and still almost busted open again. Might want to think about better packaging for this type of content. Could have been box 4” tall by 12” square. SMH.”

“Supposedly my first box was damaged so I had to have another shipped. I am not blaming Titan necessarily but the so called second shipped box was torn all to pieces as well. I have not checked all items to see if any of them are damaged yet. Titan might want to consider getting a more heavy duty box for shipping heavier, larger products. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful you were willing to ship but may just want to use better shipping materials.”

“The product itself is great. They shipped a 144lb BBQ in a cardboard box. Several parts were dented or bent. Can't blame the courier. Looks like they re taped the box several times”
