“My order was never delivered! I sent multiple emails addressing this unreal mess up! The worst experience with Titan and their shipping services! I am still waiting for my full refund and now questioning if I will ever get my money back :(”

“My initial experience was wonderful when all 6 of my chairs arrived quickly. Beautiful product. The table arrived about 6 days late, which was unfortunate because I needed it for a party. I don't fault Titan for the delay. Titan was able to offer a discount for the damaged table that I feel is fair. The product is amazing and you can tell it will last for a long time.”

“When I ordered on line the table I ordered was not out of stock. You did not tell me it went out of stock and just shipped the chairs. I would not have ordered the chairs if i could not have had the table that I wanted. You apparently dont even know when the table l wanted will be in and so I was in a take it or leave it situation”
