“Great price, quality AR500 steel & quick delivery, no only down side is they had quite a bit of surface rust on the plates. I wish that they were available with some sort of coating to prevent this rust. A previous order I received had similar surface rust on the plates too.”

“First one I received was damaged in side the box. They did replace it but it seemed to take a little to long to get the replacement. It was the xmas holidays so I understand. Customer service was good”

“I love the firepit and can't wait to use it. The lid and top of the firepit received some damage during shipping. This guy is heavy and the fed ex delivery driver dropped it on my porch. The way the lid is packaged upside down (handle down inside the firepit) without any padding between the two items caused damage to the black finish and chipped the finish exposing raw steel. I'm concerned this will rust once it's out in the elements. This doesn't affect usability but perhaps will decrease the longevity of the firepit as its power coat is chipped in multiple locations on both the lid and upper rim of the firebox. This thing is built like a tank so no structural damage I can see. It it hadn't been damaged in shipping I would give 5 stars!”

“The 32 inch fire ring with grate arrived via FedEx. The Box was beaten up, however, the product was not damaged. A great addition to our backyard. I am very disappointed that less than a week after purchase, the 32 inch fire ring dropped in price. I reached out to customer service and was directed to the 24 hour policy of price change. In today’s economy, the savings would’ve helped to cover taxes. Unfortunately, I will be hesitant to purchase an item “on sale” in the future.”

“The outdoor fire pit grate is extremely heavy duty, very well built as far as I can tell right now. I’ve only had it a week or two and haven’t burned a fire on it yet. I purchased the 28” hex grate made from 1” solid steel bar stock. It fits perfectly into my outdoor fire pit with a 36” inner diameter. It was crazy heavy to lift by myself up and over into the fire pit. Seems like it’s going to last very well. The box was beyond beat up and nearly destroyed but the product was fine. 5 stars for the fire grate, 2 stars for the shipping from “F—-X”.”
