“Trying to find a well built heavy duty fire pit that isn't going to disintegrate in two years isn't an easy task. I found the Titan on line an it was listed as 103lbs and I was sold. It is really a nice heavy duty fire pit and gets extremely hot.”

“Great grill with lots of minor issues. First off, the grill is built like a tank. You get solid construction for a reasonable price (bought it on sale). It does everything it should but mine has some serious annoyances: 1. Lots of bubbling paint and paint chipping with rust on back rail area. 2. When grill gets hot the grill grate get stuck going down to low position sometimes. It's from the paint, it gets kind of sticky and clumped where the grate slides. 3. The crank wheel has a piece of metal stuck in there so it rattles when you crank it. 4. The shelves do sit level. The tabs do no sit tight where they slide in so they lean to the right and left. 5. Manual called for some plates to go in between one set of casters for leveling. I believe these were not needed. It sits level without. Customer service was clueless about it and I think the manual is out of date. Caused some confusion. Overall it is a nice grill. The sticky part is starting to go away after a few cooks. Customer service is responsive and they settled with a fair percentage off to compensate for the issues. I would give 5 stars if QC on these were better and they used a better paint. Probably the best bang for your buck if you are in the market for a Santa Maria grill, well when it is on sale.”

“Love the table! Easy to assembly, very sturdy. There’s was a minor chip on a corner, but chalked it up to character and probably too much of a pain to return. Kinda heavy - which is reflected in its sturdiness!”

“Love this fire pit. We were disappointed that it had a large emblem saying “TITAN” on it. This wasn’t shown in the pictures.”

“The customer service was Fantastic, unfortunately, I can’t say the same for FedEx who delivered our product. First order got lost, second order , product was in our front yard. The grill didn’t come with any assembly instructions. There is a solid ring/ washer that is assuming goes between the grill and the stand if the grill is to be spun to accommodate wind direction. Also didn’t include the bolt for the top of the grill the limits the opening of the top. When the grill is closed the top doesn’t set level. The right side is up by 1/2-3/4” like the top is sprung. Also , with the bottom grate being stationary, what is the best way to clean out the ashes?”

“Purchased cart and could not believe how heavy and sturdy it was. Made very well, easy to put together. Only thing was I was short 2 screws to complete but went to hardware store for something that would work. I paid under $75 and very happy with product.”

“Purchase and delivery was flawless. Didn’t use it yet, so don’t know how good is it. Only issue I had was removing protective film from grill. Still working on it. Other than that it was very good experience purchasing and having it delivered.”

“Products are well built and look like they will last many years to come. The logo on the large fire bowl I purchased is crooked, but not worth sending back.”

“Have not used it yet but seems to be built well enough. There were no instructions but it's not hard to figure out how to put together. I added a washer to the handle crack. Looking forward to using it on my Weber. It fits great and is sturdy.”
