“We ordered a teak table and it arrived very quickly. The only problem is there were a couple of small dents in the table top. They were obvouisly there when the table was packed bacause there was no damage to the packaging and the parts were well padded inside. The company offered 10% compensation and we countered with 20% (which came to $96) and they accepted. We wish the table didn't have any dents but they were pretty small so we are happy. The company was very responsive.”

“This grill is commercial quality. Period. Made of 10 gauge steel. I’m only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the holes in the grease tray were not tapped for the mounting screws and I had to tap them myself.”

“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and prompt delivery. I also love the robustness of the product compared to other fire bowls.. Unfortunately it was not packaged sufficiently to protect it from the rigors of shipping. It arrived with some of the heat and rust protective paint scraped off. Wondering how to resolve that. Other than that I think it's a good value purchase.”

“1 of 2 items arrived on time. The one arrived on time in good condition. The second item arrived a few days later with a few scratches. Since we will use it outside I did not return it but it was a little bit of a bummer as a gift. Appear to be solid products on first use.”

“I ordered and received 4 arm chairs. They are solid and sturdy. They are fairly basic to assemble. However a little more information, and a few extra pegs would be helpful. They don't go in flush to the chair and will need to be cut/sanded down. I sent a chat question without an answer to date.”

“The bench is nicely finished. no flaws in the teak wood or finish. The assembly was secure although I wish they would have been more explicit and detailed with the diagrams for assembly. All in all, it looks like a much more expensive bench that I was considering for twice the price. Satisfied with this purchase. Thank you.”

“The grill appeared to have been in a plane crash, the box was extremely damaged with a mile of tape on it, the grill sides were bent, i was able to straighten them and i was surprized to have all the parts to assemble it once i did open the box. I like the grille, just could have reached me in much better condition.”

“I received my order very fast. The products were great, however one item was missing two bolts, and the threads on several bolts that I did receive were mashed. So I had to buy replacement bolts at the hardware store for $11. Overall, I really liked the quality of the products.”

“Was missing 2 screws. CS wanted me to find replacements on own and after 3 exchanges of no, replacements sent. Instructions do not have part # or number that should have been provided to check before putting together. Didn't know until put together as far as could with what was available.”

“the glider bench is nice but it didn't come with all the screws and bolts. that's so frustrating. I had to get a handman to come and help because I didn't have what I needed and got confused.”
