“Delivery was quick and product was packed well. No instructions came with product and your qr scann did not work. If the product would have an instruction manual you would have had a perfect score.”

“the glider bench is nice but it didn't come with all the screws and bolts. that's so frustrating. I had to get a handman to come and help because I didn't have what I needed and got confused.”

“I ordered the 10” titan grill. This company was highly recommended from the carnivore support group that I am a part of, because I only eat meat, I was looking forward to receiving my new grill. As I was putting it together, I realized a part was missing and the lid was cracked on the inside. I was a little bit panicked because I knew there was no way I could box this heavy thing back up and send it back. I contacted Customer Service, and although it took a little longer than I would have expected for them to Respond, They eventually did and did not hesitate to take care of my issue. I can’t say I have any complaints about the way Customer Service handled my situation. I was relieved and grateful.”

“The item was backordered, but I believe this vendor did a great job getting it out as soon as possible. One thing about the Santa Maria Grill is the griddle and grill are not easily interchangeable. I have contacted the manufacturer about supplying extra brackets so that I can switch them out. They’re not much help. Titan industries I believe”

“I purchased 2 teak club chairs and 2 teak dining chairs with arms. The packages came well packed and in perfect condition. The chairs are all high quality with a very smooth sanded finish and even heavier than expected. Love them and would definitely buy more products from your company. The only problem I had was not being able to get most of the dowels fully in the holes and I was using a 3 lb heavy duty rubber mallet. Really my rating would 4.9 except for the dowels. If there is a trick to getting them in all the way- I suggest putting that info on the instructions.”

“Ordered two units. Both arrived same time, however boxed differently. The unit boxed like it came from manufacturer contained the hardware package, assembled fine. The unit that was boxed differently did not have the hardware package and appeared to be used or a floor model. Scratched up with some rust. Contacted customer service and they reimbursed me for the hardware I purchased at store. Customer service was fine.”

“I bought several teak furniture items from Ash & Ember recently. Generally it went pretty well. The website did not list the weight capacity for the chairs and bench, and I called to seek that information. The tech I was transferred to advised the manual did not specify that, and he would get back to me. Eventually he did via email , though it took several days. In the meantime I ordered the products anyway. On another occasion I called about something else and the tech was very good about assisting. I like the items, now assembled and in use and would order from them again.”

“An excellent product! Just what we needed for our portable smoker/grill. Easy to assemble. It’s a good solid and sturdy product. Only concern was that 2 screws were missing so we couldn’t attach one of the side bars.”

“The package didn’t get shipped out until I called and asked why it was still sitting in an AZ warehouse. Then it arrived two days later. The gal I spoke to was very friendly. The product is awesome!! I sent it to my daughter and son in law and they love it!! They say it works great!!”

“The cart I ordered came quickly and is well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, it was missing two screws and I am unable to complete it. I have contacted the company that makes the cart and their response is very slow, but hopefully they will send me the missing screws.”

“Great, quality product, but challenging customer experience. Please err on the conservative side of estimated shipping dates. I was relying on your estimated shipping date. It was shipped 10 days after what was suggested when ordered. Thankfully, my purchase was not a gift.”
