I think your product is pretty fabulous. I think your shipping method needs some work. FED EX delivery was not good. The fire pit was almost not even contained within the box because the box was so damaged. The fire pit had a few dings on it and some paint scrap but that was an FED EX issue, not an Ash & Ember issue. The damage was not enough to warrant me barking about it. Unfortunately, FED EX's shipping practices do reflect on your product..... Seriously consider using an alternate shipper.

The teak table came fast. Unfortunately, the first table was cracked in two places. Ash & Ember immediately shipped another one. The second table was perfect. We had to use the box from the second table to return the damaged table at no charge. Customer service was amazing. If you are on the fence about the folding teak table don't hesitate. It's very pretty and very well made.

Great product, teak table, that unfortunately had a gouge on the tabletop. Titan requested a photo of the box, that was destroyed while opening the box and the tabletop. I cannot say with all honesty that it was a shipping vs. manufacture issue, We cannot emphasize that the product itself is great, but we feel regardless of the cause of the injury to the table top, we would believe it is reasonable not to have a damaged product. The only thing I can say for absolute certain, is w didn't damage it., and expect a product without flaws. Thank you

The table would not fully open. One aside opened completely without much effort but the other side came to a halt. After a long time of examining the table from all directions, we saw that a brass peg was partially blocking the channel. But after a bit more force, the table opened all the way.

Communication, tracking and delivery was excellent! My table came quickly and well packaged. My table is a bit less than perfect though. Not bad enough to return. But a joint on the table top is not smooth. There is a raised area (1/8 “). And under that spot is a table leg that is higher than the others, needing to be shimmed to prevent rocking.

Our Santa Maria Grill is the real deal! Got this for my husband as his starter Argentian style grill. Only issue I had was the turning wheel was drenched in grease/oil which looked like it dried up a bit in the packaging or perhaps it was exposed & grease dried up. Still having difficulty removing it so it will look brand new as it should be. Haven't grilled on it yet, so may have an update sometime in the future! Thank you!

Very nice product, heavy duty steel. Grill surface and charcoal try need 2 clamps each, because only one for each part allow them to move a lot. I had to make them by myself. Otherwise very happy!

I have yet to use the product, but I had to modify the spreader control and had to change the wood screws which connect apparatus to the frame.

Recently purchased the charcoal grill with the pig spit. Easy to put together but the protective plastic was brutal to remove there has to be a protective plastic that removes easier. The quality overall seems good but the rotating rod does not seat well into the receiver of the motor it seems to want to slide apart. But it did a fine job on a 60lb pig. I would not go any bigger than that.

Trying to find a well built heavy duty fire pit that isn't going to disintegrate in two years isn't an easy task. I found the Titan on line an it was listed as 103lbs and I was sold. It is really a nice heavy duty fire pit and gets extremely hot.

Great grill with lots of minor issues. First off, the grill is built like a tank. You get solid construction for a reasonable price (bought it on sale). It does everything it should but mine has some serious annoyances: 1. Lots of bubbling paint and paint chipping with rust on back rail area. 2. When grill gets hot the grill grate get stuck going down to low position sometimes. It's from the paint, it gets kind of sticky and clumped where the grate slides. 3. The crank wheel has a piece of metal stuck in there so it rattles when you crank it. 4. The shelves do sit level. The tabs do no sit tight where they slide in so they lean to the right and left. 5. Manual called for some plates to go in between one set of casters for leveling. I believe these were not needed. It sits level without. Customer service was clueless about it and I think the manual is out of date. Caused some confusion. Overall it is a nice grill. The sticky part is starting to go away after a few cooks. Customer service is responsive and they settled with a fair percentage off to compensate for the issues. I would give 5 stars if QC on these were better and they used a better paint. Probably the best bang for your buck if you are in the market for a Santa Maria grill, well when it is on sale.

Love the table! Easy to assembly, very sturdy. There’s was a minor chip on a corner, but chalked it up to character and probably too much of a pain to return. Kinda heavy - which is reflected in its sturdiness!

Love this fire pit. We were disappointed that it had a large emblem saying “TITAN” on it. This wasn’t shown in the pictures.
