“I love the 32” kettle fire pit I ordered, very solid and probably the last one I’ll ever need, the reason I only gave a 4 star review is the screen cover that came with it doesn’t fit very well but should work fine”

“The website says the six plate target weighs 65 lbs. It actually weighs over 200 lbs. Looks like good quality but too much to haul to the range on the weekend. Customer service was exceptional in helping return. I expect my refund will be taken care of just as well.”

“Best price I've seen on a 12x20 silhouette profile target, plus free shipping. Communication with updates to my order status were frequent with solid tracking links and delivery notices, which I always appreciate. It's steel, it rings, and it's a lot of fun to shoot. No complaints!”

“Ordering was super easy and shipping was fast! I did not contact Customer Service, so I cannot comment on that. The product seems to be made of heavy gauge steel. I'll post an updated product review after I've used it a few times, but I doubt there will be any issues.”

“Product is great and Delivery was on time. The only issue was the packaging was all torn out upon arrival, I thought the item might be defective but its strong construction and didn't affect it. You might want to revisit the packaging material and come up with a sturdy way to ship it.”

“Original fire pit arrived damaged. Titan offered $50 or replacement, I chose replacement which arrived in reasonable time. Titan paid to return shipment via FedEx. Generally the process went well, my only comment is that I needed to reach back to Titan for final resolution.”

“Product was shipped promptly. I had it sent to the wrong address and even though I notified the company immediately, there was a disconnect between shipping, so that I couldn't get the labelled corrected before it was in laiding. After paying $20, Titan was able to call fedex and have it corrected.”

“Truly a heavy duty grill. I followed the recommendation from other comments and put a 30” pipe with 1” inside diameter in the ground to receive the pole and facilitate easy removal. Woks great.”
