“Very good company to deal with. Very responsive to information and order inquiries. I bought the Santa Maria grill accessory for the Weber grill. It was very easy to assemble and it works well. I look forward to using it with many meals.”

“There was a bit of confusion.... My order did not arrive.... I contacted customer service after about three weeks - who informed me that my package had not gone out for delivery - and my order had been voided. Would I like to place another order for the same item? O.K. - Second time around everything went smoothly and the order arrived in a week o\r so. The customer service representative was very helpful, and friendly. But what happened on the original order?”

“Box wasn’t designed to withstand the weight of the product and was open and legs parts had fallen out. FedEx did a good job of keeping all parts though. Should probably have sturdier wheels but time will tell. The table top got scratched getting the very heavy egg into position but nothing some black metal paint spray paint can’t hide. We like the design of product”

“The grill looks great. The only complaint is the packaging. Like you may have read before the packaging is probably insufficient. I have a few dings that will require some black spray paint. Hopefully I can find some powder black to match. Otherwise it is extremely sturdy. I used about 140 pounds of concrete around the post.”

“My initial experience was wonderful when all 6 of my chairs arrived quickly. Beautiful product. The table arrived about 6 days late, which was unfortunate because I needed it for a party. I don't fault Titan for the delay. Titan was able to offer a discount for the damaged table that I feel is fair. The product is amazing and you can tell it will last for a long time.”

“Everything with the purchase was smooth. I love, love, love the 22" ADJUSTABLE KETTLE-STYLE GRILL ATTACHMENT for my Weber kettle. I only wish you included assembly instructions in the box. It was very easy to figure out. However, I ended up putting the locking mechanism on backward. I did not realize it was backward until I oiled the whole unit down for the first burn-in and the grate kept falling to the fire. A simple picture would have kept my assembly correct. All is fixed now and the product is super.”

“Love the grill. Suggestion, when spending over 700.00 add few more rotisserie forks other than just one. Now I got to buy more just to do 2 chickens. Also a rib rack that goes on the rotisserie would be nice.”
