These guys are awesome. The grilling gear I ordered is SOLID; has good weight but not too much. Shipping was FAST; arrived in time for a big party. Will order again.

I ordered a fire pit ring bought it on sale For $39.95 they were suppose to ship it but today I get a e mail stating that Fed Ex has two many label on the box and it's coming back to the Tennessee Store. Well someone there put the fed Ex label on the box why would they put more than one label on it ? I do shipping for a living. This is a Stupid Mistake now I have to wait an extra week to get this. A perfect example of what happens when someone there just didn't do a good job. So be careful with this company you could wait weeks to get your order?

The product itself was a good value and quality. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged (Fedex damaged it I assume). After lengthy email conversations, I was offered 10% off as compensation. I pointed out that I could have bought a "scratch and dent" model from the website at a 40% discount which yielded no additional action. I declined. This was my first and last purchase.

Wonderful addition to our home. We love our porch queen swing, but even the UPS driver mentioned the the packaging. When our contractor opened the item we have 4 damaged bottom wooden slats. Pics are available.

I’ve not been disappointed! Things I have ordered have been well made and in perfect condition. The only thing that was annoying was the plastic wrap on each of the fire pit components. It was very difficult to remove. FedEx on the other hand was not perfect in that their delivery dates are always delayed for some reason. Also there was some minimal damage to the foot of the fire pit where the box had a small hole in it. However we decided it was something we could live with.

Titan screwed up my order. They took 3 days to respond to me. When I pointed out their mistake they went dark. It’s now been 5 days and no further response other than the computer generated “return policy”. For the price of return shipping, they have lost a customer and hopefully this review will alert deter other honest hard working people from purchasing from a company with such HORRIBLE customer service
